They carried a rare rx that I needed on a late Friday afternoon. It's a TINY pharmacy inside the gift shop. Only Rx here, not a drugstore! I took off one star for being so dar from my home, and for only an Rx pharmacy. Otherwise they did carry unusual Rx items.

Took my wife for emergency!As soon as we walked in to the hospital and they helped my wife she was experiencing all the symptoms of a heart attack but thank God and to the staff well trained they diagnose bell palsy . So because of their prompt response my wife was treated right away and did not face the worst of the struggles and the after math side effects…..

My son has Neurologist here and I have clients that attend appointments here for arious specialists. The building is clean, quiet and every one is polite.

How do i get my scripts off the hospital released me after pharmacy hours n it’s legitimately urgent to have my meds- missing out on taking my medication will further my healing and can allow infection to spread. I’m quite concerned and don’t know how to contact my dr room hospital??

The most efficient very very polite staff handles my father's prescriptions with the utmost importance even deliver them after he had surgery right to our front door step where they were very polite well mannered all around I would definitely recommend this Pharmacy to anybody especially if you are experiencing a member with health problems they are just timely and very efficient thank you Banner

Very disappointing. Employees don't wear masks, in a hospital with covid patients! Yet they say you must wear a mask? ? Picked up a script refill and it went from $3.00 to $20.00 . Was told insurance didn't approve refill and they were waiting for doctor approval? AND said they spoke with my husband and he approved the change in price. WHAT!? I asked who it was that spoke with my husband? they placed me on hold to get the employee and never returned. All they had to do was communicate the changes when I picked up the script. Instead they lied and made it worse.

Unfortunately with the new staff & ever changing policies this pharmacy is a nightmare to use. The lack of ease honestly sucks as I have Banner insurance so I can only use Banner Pharmacies. Unfortunately one guy there actually told me to just go to a different pharmacy if I was unhappy with his service knowing I had Banner insurance and then he just walked out the employee door and refused to give me any help and left for the day
