I personally enjoy being a customer at Bank of America. Everyone is so welcoming and they rock their customer service skills, especially De Ann McKay – she’s always on point.

They are extremely slow, litterly wait time to deposit is ridiculously slow. It's consistently the same every week.

Poor service.Stood in line at door with 2 other people behind us in an attempt to get help. Completely ignored for 10 minutes.No acknowledgement from ANYONE. The tellers could see a bunch of us in line at the door and as far as I could see they let Noone know we were all there waiting.Two separate people in suits walked by all of us without even a hello or "we'll be right with you."Great way to lose customers.Me and the two people waiting behind me walked out.Bad call on their part.

I don't understand how anyone has a bad experience there, it was beyond perfect for me. The lady who helped me, her name was De Ann Mckay she was awesome she walked me through opening an account and gave me tons of good information.

Went to this location after having a terrible experience at the northern avenue location that's in the Target Kohl's shopping center. We went to this location and we got better information on the actual documents that are needed for my last name change as well as my husband is needing to be with me since we're a joint account. They also told us that we will be signing papers. The northern avenue location did not disclose any of that information to us except that they could not take my documents that I was told by customer service they would accept. So I want to thank this branch. Specifically, the lady that was sitting at the front doing check-ins around 1 in the afternoon. Today she was very pleasant and she provided us the information that the northern avenue location did not disclose to us still giving three stars because I bank personally with Capital One that had no problems changing and updating my information with my marriage certificate and a copy of my receipt from the social security office that has my updated first and last name and address and made it much more convenient to upload my documents on line instead of having to go to a branch here's some feedback. Bank of America make things easier for your customers and your customers will love you. Make things difficult for your customers. Well you start losing foot traffic which then leads to financial centers shutting down it is 2023. There should be no reason why these documents couldn't be uploaded online

The usual atm I use in my hometown is extremely slow! Like dial up internet slow. This one is very quick but the the touchscreen was a bit glitchy at times.

Do not do business with these thieves. They will literally steal your money. They claimed a Cashiers Check from Chase Bank was fraud and a fake check(didn’t bother to call the bank and verify) however after jumping through hoops and getting all the proof they required including a written statement from the cashier that issued the check and account statements showing the funds in our account they processed the check then closed our account.A month later after closing our account we finally receive a check from Bank of America, even though we were lied to MULTIPLE TIMES that the check would be overnighted after closing of account(lie) a week after we called and was told it was sent UPS regular on the 28th(lie) but they didn’t have a shipping receipt or a tracking number to provide to us. Called again the following Monday and still had no tracking info or any proof that the check had been mailed(it wasn’t). Tuesday called again and was informed the check was mailed out today and overnighted, tracking available this time(you said the 28th…lies) however we still didn’t receive a check until Thursday.Low and behold take the check to BANK OF AMERICA and guess what, THEY REFUSE TO CASH THEIR OWN CASHIERS CHECK FROM THEIR OWN BANK!! These people and bank are garbage, don’t bank here unless you want to be robbed. Filing a complaint with the BBB, corporate BOA and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

1 Star is a generous review.I went to the branch at 83rd and Bell and I asked to speak to the manager to resolve a bank error. Initially she refused to come out of the back to speak to me, so Barbara tried to help. Barbara did what she could with the limited resources BofA provides to figure out what happened, but couldn't get a straight answer from the "back office." After going in circles for half an hour I again asked to speak to the manager. The manager came out, seeming annoyed and irritated that she was being asked to do her job, and proceeded to display a masterclass in how to brush off a client. I was really shocked at the lack of customer service from the manager. Barbara did what she could, and I appreciate that, but you can't provide good customer service if the employees are not given the tools to do so and the manager is actively opposed to providing it. Find another branch... it is worth the extra 10 minute drive.

Doesn’t seem to matter how many people get in line at this location they never provide enough tellersSome people are trying to go in and out on their lunch break. Why don’t you be considerate and get more people to help !

Absolutely lied to my face. I spoke with many representatives over the phone and never heard of the reasons why I couldn’t receive my money from a cashier’s check from chase. I’m highly upset. And they wouldn’t do anything about it. I thought coming to a prestigious bank like this would be a benefit but it’s been the complete opposite. The worst customer service, can’t receive your hard earn money if the teller doesn’t feel like your a credible person (puts a reg flags on your account or your cashier checks) like it’s been an absolute nightmare.

Very rude employee. You need an appointment to get something notarized . The lady read through my whole document then took it to the manager where they started laughing. Very unprofessional
