I have been a long time customer at BofA, and this place has no empathy for customers and dont care about customer wait time.I visited 4 times to this bank ( for multiple reasons) and none of the visit was pleasant. This branch is one of the worst i can tell.

We have a business account and took cash in to deposit and they said there wasn't anyone there that could do it at 2pm! We always have problems with BofA but mostly with this terribly managed and understaffed branch.

Went to this location today around 12:00 p.m. because I had an appointment scheduled to come in to change my last name prior to me arriving to this location. I spoke with customer service and it was advised that the branch would accept my temporary driver's license as long as it has my issue date and expiration date which it did. It also had my signature photo and driver's license number which all that information also matched my physical driver's license which I also brought with me. We also brought in my a copy of my social security receipt that has my updated name and address as well as my marriage certificate proceeded to help us and once we provided him the documents he stepped away and a lady came into the office moments later. A lady came into the office. She did not introduce herself or say her relation to the branch such as manager, customer service, nothing. She proceeded to say that they are unable to take these documents and they need a physical driver's license that has my updated name we said. What about the marriage certificate? We are unable to take that because that's not a legal document that we can use to identify you. Then we proceeded to ask her. Then why did your customer service tell us that you can accept these documents? She then proceeded to say again we need the physical driver's license with the updated name. We then again asked the same thing. Why were we informed differently at that point? She then proceeded to tell us that this conversation is over again. She did not disclose her name or her relationship to the branch. I proceeded to ask her for her name so I can file a complaint with corporate at that time. Kimberly Whitman provided me her information to go ahead and proceed for with complaint. We did end up going to the branch off Bell road in the Best buy shopping center which gave us more vital information that Kimberly did not disclose to us, such as my husband needs to be with me when we come in next time because it is a joint account and we all would have to be signing paperwork. That information was not disclosed to us until we went to the Bell road location. Kimberly did not even apologize for the misinformation that was provided to us. Nothing. She was very unprofessional and rude. My feedback for her is to treat your customers with respect and give your customers the information that they're asking accurately that's including providing them the additional information that they are going to need later on, such as their spouse is going to have to be with them since it is a joint account and when you enter a room, be professional. Introduce yourself by your name and what your relationship is to the branch such as manager, customer service and assistant. Don't just walk into a room. And right off the bat say we can't take this. It's like who are you again? Very rude

This bank is always severely understaffed and under managed. Multiple times we see clerks chatting between themselves. Making deposits is easy but god forbid you have anything else that needs to be done. Even when it’s empty they fall back on the excuse that their appointments are booked.Bank of America isn’t what it used to be.

The worst. 30-minute wait. There is only 1 teller for a huge line. It's very frustrating.

I went a few days ago and changed my name on for all my accounts. I was advised that my cards would come in the mail. And they did…with the my old last name. Now I can’t even get ahold of anyone in this office, I’m not going back in there again to do what I just did a few days ago. Financial advisors are clearly clueless.

Every single time I walk in there is a huge line of people waiting and only one teller working. It’s the last time I’m walking into this building.

Nada is amazing. She is always friendly and helpful. It's a shame that they can't get more help for her. She is always here and generally no one to help. It is a normal thing to wait 30min + for a teller. Thebiggest concern I have is where is the bank manager? Why aren't they there for support of the customers standing in line. Customer service should be the main focus!! Who manages the schedule? Do they even review or care about customer feedback?Hang in there Nada!
