I just wanted to reach out and share a negative experience at your team shop today. It is my 8 year old son’s birthday today and my 13 year old son was helping him build a custom jersey on the machine.
The lady in the photograph was completely rude and told them to stop playing with the machine as we were supervising them pick a jersey. She continued to be rude and told us kids are not allowed to “play with the machine” and would not listen to what we had to say. We kept trying to explain to her my son was building a custom jersey. We asked her for her name so we could provide feedback about our experience with her and she refused to provide her name which is why we took the photograph of her.
We placed all the merchandise we were going to purchase back on the shelf. As first time season ticket holders we definitely aren’t impressed with the customer service or the family friendly environment at State Farm Stadium. We just wanted to share our experience with you and provide some constructive criticism about the experience that our 8 year old son received on his birthday today.

Don't buy from the team shop at the stadium, the prices are higher than the Cardinals online team shop and they don't care when you alert them of the higher prices. The manager claims that nothing he can do, I call bull.
