Oh boy oh boy! Where to start!
You can just tell when someone is living their life the way they want. Such a happy employee and very knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge. Freddy was just so personable! He was very attentive and knows how to really create an experience when someone worried about their car comes in! What a well mannered employee!
Way to go autozone! Thank you again Freddy! I hope you’ll go high places!

Called and spoke to Josh about an exhaust flange gasket. He was extremely helpful and told me to come down and he would get me fixed up. I drove the 20 minutes to the store only to be greeted by the store Manager who was abrasive and far less than helpful. He was condescending and made sure to tell me that “he had been doing this for over 40 years”. He was unwilling to help me and said that Josh was at lunch and wouldn’t be back for over an hour. I have been an autozone customer since the early 80’s but will make it a point to avoid their stores moving forward. O’Reillys here I come.

I was looking for taillight bulbs for my 2011 Jeep Compess. The computer said they didn't carry them. The Salesman used his personal skills and found bulbs to fit that weren't showing up on the computer. That's going over and above for the Customer in my mind! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Yet another excellent place to get needed nuts and bolts and body control modules. Can't dock points for prices because Bidenomics and the inflation it caused is not the fault of the store. From time to time they have great sales on supplies and I love me some automotive supplies. Ooohh, car wash and tire foam... I digress. I've personally only had 1 issue with the zone when a battery was ordered online and Upon getting to the store I was told they needed to transfer the battery from another store. I was in a rush but the manager was taking his sweet time making sure his inventory was correct while I stood and waited. Now that I think about it, had a similar issue with brake pads... Not major issues but if it happens again it will cost them a star.

I was not going to return to this store, when I dealt with them last I spoke to an older employee on the phone who couldn't do what every other autozone employee I've ever dealt with could do, then when I went in I got assistance from the manager, he was abrasive, short, not good with the computer and just unpleasant. It is however the closest store to the house. So I went in prepared to be annoyed. HOWEVER! I was instead greated by a friendly professional young black man wearing a grey shirt, he was friendly, well spoken and helpful. I was really impressed by this employee.

I had a bad alternator, and i wouldn't have known if it wasn't thanks to Larry S. He was so helpful and nice. He took out my battery, charged it, and reinstalled just so i could get home safe. He stayed a bit after his shift too just to make sure my battery got reinstalled. This is a great AutoZone, and i would definitely come back for any other problems with my car! :)

I was in the store at about 7:30 PM at night and I needed an adapter for my trailer lights and a young employee named Ricky greeted me asked what he could do to help. He explain he was new and wasn’t quite sure what I needed but he wanted to help me figure it out, and he went above and beyond what he needed to do, to try and help me. He even reached out to others trying to figure out what we needed and he’s just a good young man and I definitely definitely appreciated him. It ended up they didn’t have the part I needed, but he was good enough that we figured it out , so kudos to Ricky!!
