I went to this Autozone today looking for several parts for my Yamaha R3 for future purposes and know what locations carry what i need. Tyler directed me to the oil and filters for motorcycles. I also needed led bulbs and he showed me a great deal online! Tyler gave excellent customer service and was very helpful.

I can always find what I need at my local AutoZone. I love that they also will install items for you. I was in need of a battery & a headlamp. The associate not only helped me find the correct items for my car but installed both as well. Thank you AutoZone.

Had to get a new battery and dealt with Spencer. He checked my battery first to be thorough. He replaced my battery although he had someone else who was waiting for him. The guy handled everything efficiently and professionally. He balanced COVID customer service with getting the job done.If Spencer is kind of person AutoZone hires for its managers, then it’s choosing the right people.

I came in with questions and Caleb and another employee were so helpful! Before I got up to the front, they were helping another employee and were so patient and helpful also! Caleb seems to know where all parts are without blinking and is very knowledgeable. He is such an asset to your company and I would follow him for his expertise to any store he may move to. I was very fortunate he was there!

Have no choice when you need a certain part. Don't expect anyone to ask you if you need any help because it won't happen. Just as well anyways because most of them don't know much about auto parts or vehicles for that matter. If you do need help be prepared for some negative attitude or smerky reply.

I went in for an interior cabin filter. I was helped by a gentleman name OLE. He was very polite very nice and helped me install it. He should get 100% for helping. I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

My wife had a very terrible experience with Junior. She felt disgusted with the whole experience. Junior was trying to speak to her about issues with our vehicle to make her pay for a huge expense which turned out the issue is a simple fix. And then proceed to have a friend who does not work there tell her what was wrong with the car and they both gave a bunch of different things that wasn’t given us a solution. Then proceeded to make inappropriate comments and overall not the best experience

Very rude staff. I got a battery change here and regretted it immediately. They had no idea what they were doing and he would swear every time he made a mistake. Very unprofessional. I actually felt very threatened here when I asked them to recheck the battery and to make sure it was good. I recommend going to another autozone. At least until they get new staff here.
