By far the best auto zone location! I was having issues yesterday with my battery and ended up dying. Costco wouldn’t lend a hand at all and I was able to make it to this location. With no tools in hand I walked in and was greeted by all the employees. I let them know of my issue. Sim without hesitation said let’s go check it out. Literally within 5 minutes I had a new battery in and my old one was out. He was able to give me knowledge as well for if this happened in the future as well. Best customer service ever! Thank you Sim!

Honestly, if I could, I would give this location 0 stars! Do not recommend AT ALL!
I went here yesterday to get a replacement battery about two hours before closing. Not only did no one come to assist me while I was looking at the batteries, I could clearly see and hear the staff in the back laughing, talking and goofing off.
When I did get help, it took them a long time to find the right tools, clearly not prepared to assist customers. I purchased a new battery from AutoZone specifically because I do not own the tools to put the new one in. Not only did the staff member, Scarlett, not seem to know what she was doing as she started by trying to take off the incorrect bolt from the battery and had to ask for assistance from another staff member who corrected her and said she should be taking off a different bolt, she also took approximately 40+ minutes to change the battery. During that time, she did ask for help from the other staff member again who did not come to help except for the first time. However, the length of time was made even worse by the fact that she seemed to not care whether or not she was actually working. As a staff member was leaving, she stopped her work to ask for them to buy something from the store and handed them money which led to them joking and talking while she should have been checking her work. She kept complaining about how tired and sleepy she was which was why she kept making mistakes. If she was so tired, why wouldn’t she request someone to check her work? When she was finished, we turned on the car and it seemed fine which was why we trusted that the work had been done properly. However, when we went to start the car today after driving about 30 miles, nothing would even start. When we opened the hood, the bar over the top of the battery fell off and one of the leads had come completely off. It was clear it hadn’t been put in correctly. When I called the store, the same staff member who put in the battery answered the phone. I explained the situation and she told me to just tighten the bolts. I’m aware that was what needed to happen, but the whole reason I went to your store was to have someone install it for me correctly. I informed her of this and she said there was nothing they could do for me.
I’m very lucky it was only after I had parked that this happened. Had I been driving on the highway and a lead popped off or something, the car could have stalled and caused an accident.
In all my years of customer service, I have never been more dissatisfied with a store’s staff than I have with this location. I was told I had a two year warranty and would receive help but clearly that was a lie. Terrible service, zero skills, bad attitudes, and no motivation to do job correctly. I am extremely disappointed and upset by this whole experience. I will NEVER suggest this location to anyone if they want good customer service.

My Battery was out and I went to the Autozone on 43rd and Cactus and let's just say I don't want to go back there. So then I went to the one on 67th Ave and Bell Road where the Store Manager Sandy C. was there to help me out. She was awesome! Helped me with purchase, the installation, and made sure the problem I had was the battery and not something else. I'll make sure that this location is my new auto parts store if I need anything else! Thanks Sandy for making my hectic day less hectic!

Came in to pickup some oil and a filter. The guys seemed nice but didn’t want to run my purchase through a commercial account and I was told it was closed until tomorrow. I’ve used that account for years any time any day, just a little ridiculous imo

Pretty disappointed. My duralast platinum battery was still under warranty. The battery died and my vehicle would not start. They told me the battery was still good and it was probably my starter. They did not honor the warranty which is understandable because they checked the battery and said it was still good. I ended up purchasing another battery, installed it and sure enough my vehicle started right up. Maybe the battery I returned was bad or defective. No it was not the starter. I know when a battery is dead.
