No help with my problem. Abraham the manager doesn't care and won't deal with our issue with the hot spot! Help was promised with set-up of hot spot and zero follow through! Poorest customer service!

Awful. I’ve been to this location Several times and it’s a complete s..t show. Either the employees are uneducated on their own product, or they don’t care. On three separate occasions, I was given incorrect information, costing me valuable time as a small business owner. I also found out that I was overpaying by nearly $250. I found another AT&T location near my office and it Has been a night and day experience.

The 1 star is for my dealings with ATT kiosk at this locations. 12 05 2023, I was approached by a representative, I am, still 1 phone and was a Verizon customer, I was told I could get 4 new updated phones, 4 ea 100$ gift cards, and reduce my bill by 125$ to 150$ a month, while still using both ATT and Verizon networks, due to some new agreement or purchase by ATT. I was interested and continued. The Representative was with me and I explained that the only phone on my existing Verizon account that had to be the same was a Z Fold model, I had a Z Fold 3, I use that phone for work, and I need not only the phone but 512 memory, due to the amount of data I save. The Representative while using my Z Fold 3 to see my account information and used it to order us 4 new phones. We were told 2 3 days and i went off to pay tax on the phones at the register. I was happy to try a new provider with all the potential to save $.... NIGHT MARE 101 starts. In a few days I received 4 phones, 2 ea S23s, 1 ea, iPhone 15, and a Z Flip 5 (NOT THIE PHONE I REQUIRED) I went to Kiost to show the representative and was told to call the ATT/Costco VIP number and just exchange phone, sounded easy so I tried. After 2 days of NIGHTMARE 101 on the phone with ATT, I was told I could return the phone but had to wait for a refund, then go back to kiosk and order the correct Z Fold 5 512, so I waited. I received a email from ATT, your phone has been received, it will talk 5 to 7 days to credit your account, then we will reach out to get you taken care of, Nightmare continues, this is now around the 20th of December. After a few days and not reply I go back to Kiosk. I am told the phone requires full payment, I said now that is not what I agreed to, So the kiosk called with me to the ATT/Costco VIP # and they said still not credited in full, but should happen by end of the day, Please come back again Monday. Nightmare continues. I come back to kiosk Monday, Same thing, must pay in full, call again, kiosk begs them to fix this, they say well is still not fully credited, please wait 1 day and we will call you when it is corrected. Nightmare continues. I go to customer service counter at Costco, speak to Manager Pam, she takes down all my details and says she will reach out to ATT and Costco's liaison. Nightmare continues. I get a cal the next day, says ok your good to go, So I go again to kiosk, they say same thing, wants full payment, Nightmare continues. I ask to speak to Pam, she is not in Laura comes to help, she is with me at kiosk and also asks ATT to fix on the phone with the ATT/Costco VIP line, we are told to wait again. Nightmare continues. I leave I am so upset it is hard to maintain. I am called by someone in a California and told on a Saturday AM, we are working on it we will get back to you. I wait 3 4 days and go back to kiosk and ask them 1 more time to solve this Nightmare. I have Laura join me, we are told by kiosk that we should cancel the whole deal and he would have my phones returned. So I say do it, Laura leaves. I am on with him and ATT and at the end he is told by the ATT people they can not return my phones. I say I was told I had 90 days to cancel this deal. I didn't agree and walked away, went to front to talk to Laura, Costco Manager again, she was on phone with ATT liaison. I was waiting and saw the ATT kiosk person stop her, I walked over and he said that they asked again to have me wait and try and fix it again. Nightmare continues again. I was told on 1 20 2024 to please give them a few more days, they were toing to give me the phone we agreed on. I got a call from the liaison and Laura again that Saturday saying, please give us a few more days, Nightmare continues. It is now Friday 1 26 2024, I have not heard from Liaison, ATT and or Costco. NIGHTMARE CONTINUES. I am so done with this NIGHTMARE. THIS IS ALMOST 60 DAYS. I wanted to put this in writing on your page to see if anyone at Costco cares? The next step to fix this NIGHTMARE? Please help me? As of yesterday nothing New. 01 29 2024

Bobby was an amazing man to work with! He assisted my entire family in all of our questions and displayed one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I work in customer service and Bobby raised the bar. If you ever need any help wit your phone needs definitely go in to AT&T on bell and ask for Bobby. 10/10

I've been a customer for so long and time and tome again I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service skills. They always switch up on everything that is quoted. I ordered a phone for a christmas gift and went to pick it up on christmas eve and told my account was marked as flagged I had to do the order twice because they locked me out of my account. The manager proceeded to tell me that my whole account is flagged for fraud and any order will be flagged there on. Then she says that I can open a new line and then she can fix it only through that option. No matter what location I go to it is always the worst. AT&T needs to do better and fix the horrible system they have had in place for years, it is actually the most embarrassing thing ever, do not use AT&T ever. There service is extremely terrible.

Wow what a change. My mom had a terrible experience at AT&T at the mall. She was having trouble with her phone and a salesperson with a nasty attitude flipped her hand at my mom and told her that Allsure insurance was "over across the street." She didn't give her a phone number or address and my mom couldn't look anything up because her phone was completely frozen. The terrible customer service made a bad situation even worse. Is it worth it to buy insurance? IDK but AT&T isn't the company to help you.

Don’t be the person complaining about contracts when they’re 36 month payment plans. You’ll be pleasantly surprised when you go to Verizon or T-Mobile and find out they only have 36 month payment plans too.

DO NOT purchase from AT&T. Salespeople are professional scammers! Promise no contracts but come to find out there is a 36 month contract. I returned phones immediately. Never activated them. They refuse to give back the taxes I paid on the phones.UPDATE: I was told my money would be returned to my account on 9/13. Didn’t happen. I am not surprised.

My wife and I tried transferring services from Verizon. I wasn't with her at the time but she verified my phone could transfer. This was a big concern of mine because it was relatively new and I didn't want to pay for a new one. I activated it when mailed a SIM card from att and followed the directions to activate. This essentially made my phone not work because it's not supported on their network. I was then lied to by the manager at the location Alejandro about potential solutions. This company has 0 customer service ability except to charge you if you have any problems from what it seems. They tried charging me for a new phone after essentially bricking my phone till I get back to Verizon. I recommend not giving them business if you value your own time.
