Was helped by a “jasmine” a couple weeks ago on an upgrade, she told me my phone bill would go up $25 a month, my bill went from $64 to $160 the month after my upgrade. I understand taxes and all the random charges, but it would have been nice to know! She just wanted to sell the new phone and the commission from it I'm sure. Terrible customer service in my opinion. She seemed very unhappy, it was an uncomfortable interaction. AT&T hire people who like what they do and who don’t fib to sell a phone !!

New management is inadequate. I have been very happy with previous management, as they were on top of any questions as I came up on. New management sees me as a sales tool and nothing else. bring back old management.
