“I would not ask for a tip at the end of service. It is tacky and makes you appear bad. Just charge what you want to charge. It made me less likely to recommend this service. As a physician it would be tacky for me to request a tip for my services, it would make me look bad too.”

We had Bosch previously and love the quality & reliability. Delivery was arranged for the very next day! The delivery/install man was very polite & efficient. “Went in to get a $40 part and informed me of an $8 fix. Could have easily sent me out the door with a $40 part, but had integrity to help me out and only make $8 off me today. I can promise that all my future sprinkler needs will be purchased at this store even though it is a 20 min drive from my house! Outstanding customer service.”
“Always has friendly employees. Pretty well stocked. This particular visit, Nettie at Pro desk remembers us, always informs us if Pro is having sales or upcoming events, which is really cool. Also, Andrew was so super helpful and sweet to get us two storage bins and extra lids from up on a very top shelf, never complained, he is the one to see them up there and offered to get them, way cool and provided great customer service.”
“Big home Depot shopper. One thing I cannot stand when I'm working and I need something I jump online go to home Depot.com look they say they have it so then I go to the store but they don't carry it they don't have it it's not true it's a lie they want you to order it online. I highly disagree with that if you have it online you should have it in your store. If I look at it on your shopping list online I should be able to go to the store and grab it not wait two weeks for it to get delivered to me.”

They did not have it but not only they go through the links just to make sure they didn't have it but they also found me another product (black 3" pvc) that will work just as good. See you right now I'm building a custom speaker box and thanks to the gentleman at the store for helping me find well I didn't know that I needed LOL I am able to finish it tonight. Thank you Home Depot thank you for the employees and staff that you guys have there's a reason why I've been going to you guys for over 30 years and I will continue to go and see your company till the day I die. You guys are awesome!!!!”

“I went in to buy a TV that was on sale. I was able to find it and was able to check out quickly. My wife was looking at laptops, and it was hard to compare one brand with another. They are all mixed. It would be nice if you could look at brand A and its different models. Then have the ability to go to brand B and compare. The organization just did not make sense.”
