Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE! Save yourself the constant disappointment, over priced product, and no call/no show aggravation and do it yourself. I ended up using Diamondback Propane & they were ALOT MORE HELPFUL!

Lived here for 12 years, they are very good at knowing when to refill the tank before we run out. We have used this company for 12 years and I won't ever change. They have been very helpful when I had questions. Love the company, love the drivers, highly recommend.

EVERY experience with AmeriGas was HORRIBLE. Long wait times on calls, when the agent didn't want to help me, he/she would put me on hold for 15-20 minutes or until I hung up, missed deliveries, promise of refunds that didn't happen, on and on and on. Luckily I've found a new provider WHO DOES WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO. NO MORE AmeriGas for me!!!

Had a gas leak after a refill, everything was taken care of, I was still short 10% gas when they refilled, would be nice if they feel back to the original amount, but very happy so far with the experience

You delivered fuel to a house that we had sold. I had canceled our account. You still delivered 6 months later and billed us. No one returns emails. And phone calls take 30 minutes to answer.

Rep wasn’t very helpful when I called to schedule. Couldn’t and wouldn’t give me a service date. Said they be out within a week (better than the 2 weeks last time I needed a fill I guess). I requested a call the day before. They never called. They showed up and filled it but I was not home & had no idea they came until I went out and checked my gauge. Requested a call last time too and never got it. Just showed up a super inconvenient time. No idea why they can’t give a timeframe for a specific date and just set up a service call like every other company in America ??♀️

On auto fill, all bills paid and we ran out of propane three times in three months this past winter. Found out from another company we switched to that we had a leak under our home! Now we can't get Amerigas won't pick up their tank from our property, five months and counting

I haad to pre-pay with debit card and estimate the amount I would need... I didn't get the amount I estimated, so I had a large credit balance... Itried calling customer service and was connected to people 3 different times, all of which resulted in them hanging upon me!! I called back a 4th time and was finally connected to someone that was interested in helping me... I'm supposed to receive a check back for my credit balance but still haven't received it, and that was over a week ago... Iwill not be using your services in the future...**Edit for update, never received my check for my credit balance... Called to check on the status, was again hung up on 3 separate times before getting someone to "help" me... 1.5hrs later, they inform me it will take at least a couple of weeks for me to receive my check and were unable (or unwilling) to tell me when the check was sent or distributed to post office...**

Have been a customer of Amerigas for 23 years and today I will say goodbye. Will not deliver propane when stated and gave me another date that does not work for me, tired of changing appointment. The e-mail customer service could care less about lack of service, so I will no longer use their services. While my few pennies leaving may not hurt their bottom line, it gives me satisfaction knowing I will not be doing business with a company that doesn't care. The supposed changes that were made to make them better only made them worse. Edit to respond to Owner. I did email the group you stated and they didn't care, hence, you no longer have my business.

The service people who answer the phone sound like they are from another country and are difficult to understand. The first person we spoke to said we had a bad connection and hung up. When we called back, the second person was a woman who was still difficult to understand but was very helpful and we got good service.The person who came and filled up our tank was efficient and did a great job. We have always had a good experience with the people who have come out to our house.
