They won’t call you if your prescription glasses are ready and when you call they will hang up on you.Also, avoid getting contacts from here. They messed up my contacts and wouldn’t reschedule me for a check in until a week later.Update: I went into the store and it was better experience than over the phone.

My wife and I have been going to this location for a few years now and have enjoyed doing business with them. Every issue or concern was addressed with the greatest professionalism and customer service one would expect. Hats off to the management team for wanting to provide A+ service.

I would not recommend this business. I called on a Friday and made an appointment for a Monday. I told them I needed a contact lens exam and prescription. They asked me if i was okay doing a "remote visit" wherein a tech would be present and the doctor would handle the visit remotely.I arrived early for my exam. When i arrived, there were 2 employees who just stared at me when i walked in. I had to say hello to them first and tell them why I was there before they would speak.I then patiently waited. 10 minutes after my exam time the tech called me and told me they could not do a remote contact exam and I'd have to reschedule, when I already took time off work to make it to this appointment.

Reason for this was normally a better service is provided. Doctor usually more concerning. I can only see with distant contacts and previously I could read with them on and now just for distant. So I’ll need glasses not happy. Front desk constantly stated I didn’t have insurance in which I had on first visit purchased eye car which in fact is insurance.

Last two times I have gone there we have had to b o back twice to get prescription right and it still is off. Will not go back again no matter how good of a deal I get

I would give no stars at all to this store manager Wagner for his bad bad customer service and bad attitude when he talks to customers. McDonald's managers speaks better and more professional to customers when order goes wrong, with Wagner he seemed too careless to fix my glasses and just refunded the money! I have 2 kids who do exam and glasses from this location but unfortunately not anymore nationwide visions across the street will welcome us! Get a better management.

Peoria America's Best has amazing customer service. Dr. Charlie was very thorough with my eye exam. The manager Wagner took the time to assist with my glasses and contacts. It was the best experience I have had with an America's Best location. I will be coming here for all my appointments.

Wagner has been so understanding with the process of getting contacts. They listen to what your saying about strength on contacts/lens. Been coming here for many years and I wont be leaving anytime soon :)

Nana was dynamite, she was thorough and extremely friendly. The store manager Wagner fellow East Coast enjoyed his support and service. I recommend this place the whole staff was exceptional!!

I had appointment went completed all test. doctor wasn't in was told to come back get levels on eyes and speak to doctor. I went back then they said I had to repeat the whole eye exam again. left office they called me apologized and said no just come back to see doctor. today it happens again to redo all paperwork then go through initial exam. I got upset trying to explain the situation but he says I have a problem and go somewhere else. Wow such customer service. this place needs more training with staff so they can get on the same page. I would not recommend the business on Northern . Very rude and not professional.

So far best place I’ve gone to get my glasses. I got 2 pairs, it was a little bit more than i expected to pay but cause I have really bad eyesight and I had to pay for the extra stufff on them anyways everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The doctor was very thorough. Thank you soo muchhh!!

Wagner was exceptional at assisting me with my needs. He was able to assist in a way that is going to help me feel physically and mentally better by using a pair of glasses from the shelf so I did not need to wait the 2-10 days for a new pair of frames to arrive. Thank you Mr. Wagner!

This place makes you come back to make sure the contacts are correct even if it's the same contacts you've been using for years. I've been wearing contacts since 2008 and I've never had to go back For a check up to make sure the contacts were a good fit especially if I've been using the brand for years it's such an inconvenience and a waste of time

I scheduled an appointment for contacts. online on Sunday and chose Wednesday at 430. I arrived on Wed about 10 mins early and walked into your store to find 3 of your employees at the front desk. One on the phone, one continnually laughing at something and one just sitting there. After standing there for about a minute I was acknowledged. I told the woman my name at that I had an appointment. She told me it would be a minute. I waited for another couple minutes before she checked me in. The laughing employee just continued laughing this whole time, no idea at what. She asked if i filled out the new patient forms online and i said i did. I was told to wait in the waiting room and someone would call me. I waited about 30 minutes and was called into the exam room by the laughing employee. I sat down and they asked if it was there for a glasses exam, I said no contacts. I was then told the dr didn't want to do a contact exam because I had never been seen there before. I told them that I didn't understand as I scheduled the appointment as a new patient. I was offered no explanation and told I could reschedule. Your employees attitude was basically "too bad" I rescheduled for Thurs and left the store extremely frustrated as I waited for the appointment and left work early not to mention drove to the appt just to have my time waisted. If the dr doesn't do new patients for contacts why was it scheduled? I got in my truck and was leaving the parking lot when I got a text that my appointment had been canceled and I needed to reschedule. I didn't cancel it so I assumed you didn't want my business. Needless to say you will never have it. I will never step foot again in one of your stores and I will share my experience with everyone I know. I made an appointment with another company as a new patient for the next day and got my exam, glasses and contacts. There are lots of options in this business and customer service is really the only difference. In this case your companies lack there of.

Friendly staff. I came on a day that was so busy without an appointment and they managed to work me into the day. Thank you for taking care of me and helping my baby boy!
