I have had nothing but problems since I opened this account it started with the time it's taking to clear a government check another bank took 24 hours and cleared it I opened this account almost a week ago and I'm still waiting. Then tried to call no answer several times .go up there and there closed sign says go to a different branch and I did and there closed. My attitude towards this bank I'll keep to myself not very good bank at all will leave as soon as my check clears

Worst customer service from the manager at this location. She honestly does not know what she is doing. I brought a payroll check in just like other times but this time she decides not to cash it. Has no reason what so ever except she said she doesn't feel comfortable cashing it. I can not believe she denied cashing it after I've cash these checks from my employer for the last 2 years and it'd on record. This lady is literally fluttering all over the place miss pressing buttons on her computer and messing up her tasks that she's working on constantly saying out loud "oh shoot, oh dang it I pressed the wrong button again". She seems way stressed out all the time and obviously can't do her job correctly. My legitimate check that she's cashed before but decided to not cash now for no reason is a prime example she should be fired or demoted. Take my advice and do your banking somewhere else. This bank will turn you away when you need a legitimate payroll check cashed.

they never answer the phone and when they do they try to brush you off by telling you their system is down or telling you to call the 800 number they should hire people who have customer service as a priority
