I have been seeing Dr.Sreenivasan for many years now, and she has got to be one of the best and thorough doctors I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend her and her office staff. They have always been so kind and knowledgeable.

Doctor seem like they didn't care about patients, they don't call you to give you your results they just send you a text message saying to check the website don't even bother to help you look for the right doctors to contact about your problems but they do remember to charge you for the visit; they remind you almost every other day until you pay

My complaint is more about the lady who did my lab work today I think when someone tells you which vine to take blood from I think they need to listen I have been to many labs and I know which vine is the easiest being that I have tiny veins I know which one works good. The lady proceeded to ignore me and tried one she thought would work well it wasn’t enough blood so I showed her again and she did go on the hand I told her but not the vein I told her and again nothing then Tells me I have to come back or go to anther lab which we all have busy schedules and it took a lot for me to take off work to get these labs done if she would have listened to me in the first place none of this would have happened I’m so upset with how she handled the whole situation. I always go to the abrazo on greenway but figured this time I would go to this one cause it’s closer to me but never again will I come here again

The three stars go directly to the staff, they were great. Greeted me, made sure I felt comfortable, the phlebotomist spoke to me while she drew blood when she noticed I was starting to feel uneasy. Truly amazing individuals and the only reasons I didn’t leave a 5 star review is because of the provider. This provider made me feel uneasy throughout my visit. The only reason I did not walk out is because I’ve been feeling so sick I knew I needed to be seen. She asked me my concerns then she immediately went to my weight which was understandable considering my reason for the visit. However when I dismissed my weight being the reason for how I was feeling she wouldn’t stop bringing it up. She even made a snarky remark when I mentioned I had been much worse and had been able to gain a significant amount of weight. While I’m petite I’m not at an unhealthy weight and to add to that I had also been fasting for blood work. There were comments that led to her speaking about my inability to get an abortion (which I had not ever even asked about) snarky remarks regarding a list of concerns I had, dismissing other concerns and hesitation over sending orders for routine labs I requested. I don’t know if she had an off day or what the matter is but if I still had body image issues like I used to she would’ve worsened them. She also didn’t follow up on my PHQ-9 as extensively as she should have. I work in the mental health field and experiencing this type of ‘patient care’ is terrible. I can only imagine how those with little to no medical knowledge feel after visits like the one I had. I’m waiting to get a call back from the office but I hope by being ‘vocal’ about my experience it will encourage anyone else with similar experiences to do the same, it is not ok to be treated this way.

Doctor was great when I had my appointment. I was referred to get an ultrasound on my abdomen. I completed the ultrasound and waited 2 weeks before i had to do the doctors office job. Simon Med had been faxing my results to a number that went to a different location. I was making to calls back and forth to get my results send to the doctor. When i was talking to the rep at Abrazo about calling Simon Med to give them the correct fax number she had the audacity to tell me that she would not and that they would have waited until they finally recieved the results.Where is the customer service and pride in your work? This rep was rude and should be looking for a job flipping burgers. She should not be talking to people on the phone, no people skills at all.Read Reviews before going into this doctors office. No urgency at all, especially when the doctor stated that this ultrasound was very important.

This is not about a facility but this organization as a whole. I switched to Abrazo from Honor (lack thereof) Health after too may repeated events of complete failures of customer service. Their call center before doctors office service model does not work, benefits them while putting the customer through extended wait time, usually while working their job, and gives mis-information, making the whole process a complete waste of time.Abrazo is following this same mold and this exact scenario just played out today. Twenty minutes with a rude call center rep just to be given completely erroneous information. Thanks Dia, you're a real pro.They would be wise to change course quickly or be recognized as another failing medical organization. Probably making very good money while short siding the paying masses. What a service model. Good for someone, just not you.

This practice is absolutely horrendous. I have waited over 2 weeks for a cardiology referral where I gave them the specific doctor and pratice that I wanted to go to because that is within my rights with my insurance that I pay for myself. This specialist that I requested was in my network and approved by my insurance and this doctor's office still took it upon themselves to schedule me somewhere that I didn't ask for because it is within their medical group. The specific doctor that I requested knows my family history with regards to cardiology which is more important than staying within the abrazo medical group network because it's easier or more convenient for them.I also find it very hard to believe that it took 2 weeks to get a referral with a doctor that's in their group when I was told it would take 7 days at the most and then I was told that it would be put in stat and I would get it the next day and I still waited over a week.My 1st experience at the end of last year was positive with this place this year it's been horrible and I will never ever go back. On top of all of this other stuff I was also charged a $126 for a virtual appointment where the doctor was more than 30 minutes late and the appointment only lasted 15 minutes and she didn't cover or go over any of my concerns she could have cared absolute less. horrible horrible doctors office.And I 2nd what another person said about the phlebotomist. Which is Lab Corp. Yet another place I request not to go because I don't care for them, case and point.

This is only a rating for the African American female phlebotomist. She wasn't rude. But she wasn't the least bit pleasant. Acts like she hates her job.

I would give zero stars if I could. These people are extremely negligent/poorly trained when it comes to billing. Even though my insurance provides an annual well-woman exam, they refuse to code it correctly... THREE times!! Each time I have made it clear at check in that I do not have a co-pay for the visit, then get the bill in the mail. Trying to talk w them is hopeless. I just got off the phone w Sue, who basically told me "tough sh*t, pay the bill or it will go against your credit record"!! Needless to say, I won't be returning to that office and have to find a new Dr.

Have been a patient here for years but recently saw a new (and only) doctor at this location. Staff are always great and the new doctor is awesome. Time will tell but I really liked her at our first meeting.
