A little bit expensive the sjop,Just for a Cascadia to replace the starter , they charged 328$ for the start, which is a normal price,But for the labor they charged 600$ 5 hours of 120$Last week i had a starter in chicago replaced in 2 hours which is significantly cheaper,They did a great job, but price wise , little to high, when i called to talk with them, they just said, they don’t care and that’s the price

The fitting rooms are disgusting. They need to clean them. The store itself was fine, besides the random clothing items on the floor and out of place. I felt so disgusted when going to try on clothes.

I had such a great experience at this H &M . The store is having a lot of sales for Christmas. There was a very friendly sales associate named Zoe, who assisted me with finding the right size for a gift I was looking for.

Rude staff that seems to think they can boss customers around without an ounce of politeness. "Please" and "thank you" make a huge difference between making a customer feeling either appreciated or as a 2nd class citizen. The dressing room staff is especially happy to yell and boss around customers. I'm sure if they were the customer being treated so roughly, they wouldn't appreciate it either.

Came in 15 mins before closing one rep was nice when we arrived he was informative. Next rep when we asked was so fucking dude in the kids department I hen we walked through asking to use the fitting room. The response was "we literally close in 2 minutes so if you want something buy it now" super rude.

I purchased a bunch of stuff for my baby girl. I had one dress I didn't want. I gave that to the cashier last and told her I didn't want it. She scanned it anyways and put it in my bag. I realized she did that after I paid on my DEBIT card. The manager Abel told me I was lying about telling her I didn't want it. He also refused to give me cash back. I didn't want to wait 5 days for a refund on my debit card of a item I didn't want. He also refused to let me talk to the store manager and wouldn't give me corporates number. He embarrassed and humiliated me.

Returned items to this store that were purchased online. Received a credit slip but my account was never credited. Waiting for 2 months to resolve with CC company and no ability to call this store to resolve. I have filed a complaint with the complaint board. If this is the level of customer service, I say buyer beware!
