This Goodwill is so overpriced! Several items had original tags and the Goodwill priced the items several dollars over the original price tag. Very rude employees at this location def won't be back or recommend

20 dollars for a stained dress from target, this snoopy soap dispenser was the over 10, saw a cheap SHEIN dress priced at 16.99 when the website lists it for 10 dollars. The pricing here is ridiculous, they get this trash for free, not to mention how unorganized and filthy this location is.

I am happy I found a good deal, but this location has awful customer service. They have two registers spaced far apart. I went to the only one with a light on. The cashier, with black hair, looked at me and said, "The line's back there." She said it in a snarky tone. When I got to the front of the line, she started chatting with a coworker and refused to ring me up. She told another guy to get in line and she wouldn't ring him up either. We ended up going to the polite blond cashier. Learn respect. Your slogan is Good work Good people Goodwill.

EVERY time I go here & find an item that’s originally “expensive” but it’s on the color sale or 2$ item of the week the same lady always re checks and calls the manager to make sure the pricing is right. It is SO annoying & rude to do that. If the color is PINK, and I find a pair of 30$ jeans with a PINK tag, then IT IS ON SALE. If I find a pair of jeans with a PURPLE tag and it’s 2$ PURPLE TAG DAY, then the jeans are 2$! No matter what the price is. You guys already charge PEOPLE so much money. Why be like that & try to charge even more? Goodwill sucks. Especially this one.

Ray is an employee that was on shift at 4:20 pm 1/5/2024 and he's standing at the front register with a female employee on his phone recording and zooming in on those coming in and out of the store !! A very polite African American woman went to inquire what was going on and he stated he THOUGHT someone was stealing.. she responded with " oh you thought " he laughed and walked away. It's disgusting behavior of this man to record people on his phone i immediately left without making a purchase. People shopping do not consent to being on employees. Mobile devices, there is no telling what this employee may or may not do with footage of various people he recorded on his shift. The fact that someone else addressed his behavior and he laughed it off in front of all of the store staff and store. Patron is also disgusting and a lack of respect for other employees and management what appeared to be such

Hey Mike - the next time you go up to a customer blindly in plain clothes to do a price check, you might want to be sure you identify yourself BEFORE reaching in and grabbing a product out of their hands. You were in plain clothes and you had to pull your badge out from underneath your shirt after we started walking away. Laughing at us because we didn't know you from some rude customer trying to take from us shows a lack of self awareness in 2023. Identifying yourself as the store managrr doesn't leave any positive impression on your customer service skills and I hope your employees know how to treat people better than you showed me today.
