Went into Goodwill yesterday and there was a sign that said all yellow tags were $2 dollars and red tags were 50% off. I got some clothes and some had yellow tags. They were in the Christmas section and when I went to check out I paid full price. I asked the cashier why I wasn’t getting the discount and he said it excluded Christmas items. When I was leaving the store I checked the sign again but it never stated that Christmas items were excluded. If that is the case, they should have added it on the sign so people would know.

Tried to drop off some items and the young man that was supposed to bring out a trolley to be loaded was extremely rude . His attitude was to say the least confrontational. To the manager: keep an eye on this kid. Young man wearing sunglasses is trouble waiting to happen.

Terrible customer service. Second time I came in the girl walked away from the register for minutes. Like hello!! I just came in today to get a blanket 3 minutes before close and the girl turned me around. I know how low vibrational and basic minded most people are. So, I'm not surprised that she didn't consider my circumstances. Or, in general have the courtesy to lete get my item and go. Trying to sound all professional about trying to get everyone out by nine with her bimbo self. I don't normally do snitching shut like thos. But I'm definitely calling corporate cause im campung out tonight. Until I have more money on payday for my bnb. I'ma nomad. And, I didn't get an attitude nor make a scene. Luckily I have a rob and a sweater to keep my warm. Luckily I'm in a real good mood for my sake aswell. Cause I don't have time to be getting in no argument with nobody over barging in their store. But I will be getting the young ladies name and reporting her.

I just wanna say to Malik, Christina, Valerie and the rest of my old crew.....I miss you guys..... and I hope everyone is doing well. Although I'm still working for Goodwill but in California.. you all will always be my Numero unos who taught me all I know. So grateful for you guys, I hope I will see you again in my lifetime. Nice cheap clothes but no fitting rooms I hope what I got fits! At least you can go exchange for store credit I guess nice store though clean and friendly people!

Tracy at check out was amazing. I give her 5 stars!!! She was great at communicating and knew when to ask for back up cashiers as the line grew longer. She was very sweet and is a great employee!!! Store was also In a well kept condition.But I have a bone to pick with the company’s decision makers! The reason I only selected three stars was because I was informed by another employee that the dressing rooms were still closed and that corporate said they expected them to be closed indefinitely. I know they were closed because of Covid a few years ago, but come on, that isn’t really a thing anymore. It was frustrating for my elderly mother to try on clothes in front of the dressing rooms, along with other customers. My mother had a hard time trying on clothes with out falling over and she nearly fell a few times. If there was a seat available like the dressing rooms have that would not have been an issue. I hope goodwill has good liability insurance when some one does falls over. Also one cannot purchase clothing without trying them on. trying on clothing over clothing isn’t a good representation of how they fit. On top of that my mother and the other customers had to be extra cautious as to not “flash” their body parts to other customers when removing shirts. We ended up spending $185 on mostly clothes for my mother. With spending that much I expect to be able to have access to a dressing room. Corporate you need to change the dressing room policy to be available to your customers again!!! I can only assume how much you have lost in clothing sales. Including my sales in the past due to the fact dressing rooms are not available. At the very least if you are not willing to update the dressing room policy then update the return policy on clothing, to provide actual refunds since YOU are not willing to let people try on clothes. I don’t want store credit I would want my money back!This is not in your customers’ best interest to NOT let us use the dressing rooms and not provide clothing refunds. And I know I am not the only person that isn’t happy with your choices!

I have donated to, and shopping at this Goodwill many times. The people are usually helpful, the store is bright and organized. I did not do as well this last time, as I usually do, but I did find a bargain. The fitting rooms are permanently closed; this is a Goodwill corporate policy now, not this store's decision. I was told it helped with loss prevention. If you buy something and for whatever reason, it doesn't work out, you can return it for store credit at any Goodwill.The parking lot is usually full; this Goodwill shares a lot with the gym next door.

Absolutely horrible customer service by the cashier's, especially the Kid with the way out curly hair. You can tell they don't care about their job or the people who pay their paycheck. Very disappointed in the service, especially because they are the closest one and I'm on the sneaker express for the moment.

This store is completely abusive to their underage staff. I have scene both mentalAnd physical aggression they are also abusing of their power to these kids by scheduling them for close at 10 and keeping them there until 11 without pay I will be contacted the attorney general office for the harassment of one particular woman Jackie who is horrible she’s the definition of what you would consider a hag she’s so miserable with her own life she takes pleasure in abusing her authority in which I will be contacted and lawyer for her harassment I would advise anyone to not shop at this goodwill until they change the way they treat their staff I am only writing this to let anyone out there know they hire first time jobs for kids and make them feel obligated to not only work without pay but also they do not at all work with anyone they abuse them yell them constantly curse at them and well the one woman is Jackie she is the the closet thing to the anti Christ iv yet to see in my life I had to witness a customer yell at her to stop yelling at. 16 ur old girl shame on you Jackie and goodwill for not taking action sooner no worries I will be contacting my own attorney the bbb and state attorney general officeUpdate : the store manager “jackieeee” seems to be defaming the company and the employees that no longer work there because of her only her the rest of the staff is amazing but she really seems to like drama I wish this store would get it together and fire the people that do not do any work she sits on the phone all day and yells at other to do her work good luck goodwill this store is going down

The manager on duty “Malik” is absolutely rude and completely unable to speak to customers, period! I saw him yesterday and asked about two water features that I had purchased that had the following options1.) Plug in cable chord (water feature came without)2.) battery operated water featureWell, with no batteries I had to purchase batteries and see if these water features worked. They did not. The original tags were in place but I could not locate the receipt.Mind you, this manager “Malik” is the one who had mentioned I can bring it in WITH ORIGINAL TAGS if it didn’t work since I had to purchase batteries. I brought it in today and he was COMPLETELY DISMISSIVE and told me he couldn’t return it but offer me $1.00 per each item! First of all….. aside from the utter lack of customer service I spent over $85.00 yesterday and about the same amount three times a week when I am in there buying furniture, dog beds, dvds, artwork etc., absolutely d*** founded how the manager I spoke to yesterday didn’t even bother to assist with todays issue! Absolutely incompetent, ignorant and inadequate to deal with customer issues.
