I had a horrible experience with my ex and wanted nothing more than to trade my my old ring in. I started dating my best friend of over 13 years 4 years ago and finally felt brave enough to try and wear a ting again. I took in my old one and Michelle the assistant manager helped me so much. She even dried a few tears and calmed many nerves. I am absolutely in love with my new ring and new beginning. Thank you to all the Zales staff!

came in for a ring inspection and they had trouble finding it. Sherrick helped us not only figured it out but upgraded our profile so we wont have a problem in the future. he recommended a fix to make my ring better. we werent looking to buy today but will definitely be back. so respectful and helpful.

Had the pleasure of working with Sherrick in gilbert to order an engagement ring. Had a couple issues on the service center side but he worked with them and myself to resolve the issue. Very friendly and welcoming, if it wasn't for him zales might have lost a customer. Extremely happy with the purchase and his service was second to none. Thanks Sherrick for the great experience! Will be coming here in the future.

Worst customer service. I walked in to get a diamond upgrade, really a new wedding ring band. While there was one customer and least 3 employees walking around I was not greeted once. . After walking around and still not greeted I just walked out about bought my 5k upgrade wedding set elsewhere.

Been to Zales multiple times at santan mall and out of all of the jewelry stores at santan mall, Zales is by far the best place in terms of variety and also great customer service. Michelle was super nice, informative, and very helpful.
