Since Wisdom Natural Brands took over the Sweet Leaf line of stevia products, the first thing my family had to deal with was the change in the Stevia Clear Sweet Drops formula. Who knows what is in "natural flavors" but it tastes different.
The packets are worse. They leak powder in my purse and on my table, and sometimes the powder is so hardened from moisture getting in that it comes out in a flat chunk. Today I opened this new box, which shows that packets are being cut wrong and not always sealed on the side.
I give the company a 2 because of their organic stevia. It should be zero for adding silica to the packets, "natural flavors" to the Sweet Drops, and this poor packaging

Great products that are hard to find. I keep it pretty simple with the clear liquid or powder in a container jar, (not packets). But I have to order it direct because it's otherwise not readily available in NY. And ordering it direct is now a gigantic problem too. The customer service of this company is pretty bad. You can call for hours and only get a recording to leave a message. They also took an order from me a week ago and never sent a receipt nor have they contacted me about the order. Capitol One says they will cancel the credit card sale if they don't contact me soon. This is not the way to do business. But the online presence and customer service of many companies is simply abysmal. Maybe being that they are in Arizona they could hire some very hard working people from another close by country. I give 4.5 stars for the product(s) and barely 3 stars for how they run their business!

I've been buying this product through Amazon for quite a while and I give it a big fat ZERO. Most of the packets have crystallized sugar which does not dissolve in cold beverages (iced tea). I've been using this for my diabetes and Amazon does not refund on this product which is concerning. I guess I'm going to have to go back to Splenda.

I just tried the packet sweetener for the first time. I bought a 35 count box. It was tough figuring out where to actually tear the packet, so 1/2 way seemed to be the best spot. I needed two packets of the Setiva sweetener to other brands ONE. And 10 of the 35 packets were hardened in ONE hard CHUNK. Expiration date was 2025, so should be fresh. I tried it and it was not a good experience. Can’t give it zero. JohnJ

To start off my first order was missed labeled do to my phone autocorrecting my address spelling. So it went to a whole different town, I was able to call that post office and get that corrected but some how it still got lost in the mail and I never received it. I emailed Wisdom brand and they sent me out a new order just like that!! When I received it I was impressed on how well the pack it!! I work at a shipping/receiving company where I deal with broken glass all the time do to poor packing. I am impressed and pleased with Wisdom natural brand!

Excellent sweetener product, but green cap on bottle is problematic. The three holes on the shaker side are too big. Large amounts of sweetener too easily discharge resulting in overly sweetened food which can only be discarded.

Wisdom Natural Brands makes Sweet Leaf Stevia. It's the greatest stuff. I use Caramel drops in my coffee, Strawberry Kiwi in my plain yogurt, Raspberry lemonade in my water. In addition to great products, their customer service is top notch and responsive. They really care about their customer base!
