I have not shopped here before, so I went there late for some Pepto bizmo only to find out they don't take credit cards. What a disappointment!!!
I will never return to them for future needs.
Failed customer experience!!!!!

I would rate this as a 0 because the food there was so nasty and nearly not even edible the pizza made me throw up because of how chewy it was and also the pizza rolls.

Some products are priced much lower than other stores, so go there for those specific items which hopefully have been stocked. Staff tend to be somewhat rude, have had some practically run into me like I'm invisible. Am always surprised and pleased when any of them actually says good morning...

Love that WinCo is open 24 hours. Being a single Mom, I don't always get to the stores before 11 when Walmart or Fry's closes but WinCo saves me when I need stuff for my kids. Thanks WinCo

WOW! What an INCREDIBLE staff you have! I went here looking for something for my girlfriend, and was incredibly blessed to have Lexi helping me in the health and beauty aisle to help me figure out what I needed! Thanks Lexi!

I have never even of heard of Winco until recently....I know crazy right?? I did not know what to expect, but I was told by someone that their prices are unbeatable. So, I decided I had to check it out, considering inflation is so bad right now and like most of us, I am looking to save $ where I can. My first experience was wonderful. I have seen people say negative things on the reviews about the employees, but we will get into that in a second. First, let's talk about prices. Absolutely 100% the best you can find for MOST things. However, there are exceptions. Soda & cheese usually goes on sale at other retailers, especially the place that starts with S and ends in 'way.' But like I said, most everything else.... very much lower than you'll find anywhere else. It's AMAZING!! Now, let's talk selection. The selection is also pretty unbeatable. They seem to always be stocked and even have things that you would normally have to find by going to multiple stores. They have a candy aisle full of candy dispensers that make you feel like a kid in Willy Wonka. They even have candy I haven't seen in years like Runts, Root Beer barrels, etc. This section of the store is also full of other things in dispensers like fresh coffee beans and even dog food/treats!! Its so unbelievably unique and even fun to explore. We made our own trail mix, which was so awesome! A few other positives I'll mention before I explain my 3 star rating. The store seems to be less busy than other stores, no annual membership required and its a lot like one of those stores you would need one. (Like Cost** or Sam's) and one of my favorite parts is it is always open! 24/7 baby!! Some negative things are that they do not take credit cards, so it is debit or cash only. Another is their employees are either extremely helpful and kind and then there are employees like Sage, that I checked out with. I have never put the actual name of an employee, unless I'm giving them praise, but Sage doesn't even deserve this to be anonymous. We were treated like absolute dirt by this employee. I was so impressed by this store that I was starting to make everyone I know go there. Now- I have told them to stay away until I find a location that does not hire people like Sage. I could not believe how she rolled her eyes multiple times from me asking a question, and it wasn't something that Sage tried to hide. It was a clear look of, "you are annoying me, I really hate my job and I want you to know this." I am someone that can make best friends with the cashier, the person in the waiting room with me, my uber driver, and you get point. I'm very extroverted and I understand some people are not and there is absolutely nothing wrong about that at all. But this was not that. This was just mean, how she acted. At one point I was telling her how good the produce was at the store (it mightve been praise about something else with the store, I dont remember exactly) and was trying to compliment her work and she mumbled under her breathe something like "just shut up already" and then looked at the people behind me and shook her head to them and rolled her eyes once again. There was actually more that happened in our like 4 to 7 minute interaction, but honestly I think I have made my point. Never once have I said this about someone I do not know, but if I was the manager for this company, Sage would be out of a job for the way she treats customers. She clearly does not care about repeat business, which incase she reads this, maybe it's a good reminder to let you know, customers are the sole reason you have a job at all. Without the business from customers, Winco would not have the means to pay you. You should be grateful for and respect your employer enough to treat your customers with some common courtesy and even just a little mutual respect. I probably will never return to this location, after being treated by this individual so horribly. As someone who has worked 16+ years in customer service, neve
