“I have been going to Discount Tires for more years than I can remember. Today they once again confirmed why I remain a loyal customer.

A couple of weeks ago, before I left on a trip, I had my tires rotated and had the air checked. On my return I noticed that one of my tire covers was missing. Hoping that someone might have forgotten to replace it I went back and showed them it was missing.

Although they didn't have one lying around and he didn't rotate my tires personally, he was pretty sure that they all had been replaced back on when they were done.ost likely if I was missing one they would have brought it to my attention. There was always the possibility that someone might have taken it. He pointed out that if it would have become loose on it's own I surely would have heard a lot of clanging against the rim.

Having no way of really knowing what had happened I inquired about purchasing a replacement cover. He looked it up and told me it would be about $20 and he could order it. So I had him order it for me.

A few days later he called me and told me it had arrived and they'd put it in the back with my name on it until I came down to their shop.

About 2 days later I got around to picking it up. I went to pay for it and he said something to the effect that, "you've been a long time customer, keep your money and I'll get you someone to put it on for you", and he did.

This is only the latest, in many reasons through the years, that I continue to go to Discount Tires! The service is always top notch, 5 stars.

“Great service! Be aware not all Big O locations offer the same services. Went to the power rd & Baseline location and they don’t offer the 3 year warranty alignment for my BMW and that it would costs $239. Went back to the location on Williams field where I purchased the tires and they offered the warranty for $190 no problem. Thanks Tim!”
