I would give the bank a 3 star rating at best. The 5 star rating shown is for Andrew Daniel, who was immensely patient and attentive as I described the situation that required his assistance. He not only grasped the heart of the problem, he cared enough to take ownership of it as if it were his situation. He made the necessary phone calls, orchestrated the necessary corrective actions and left me satisfied with the end result. He is the reason that I may remain a customer of this bank.

Horribly undertrained banking/notary department. This is not the first time I have had an issue, but even very basic notary services such as an acknowledgment on a living will or POA is a huge struggle for their employees. My recommendation is to make the time and drive to another location.

I was in Queen Creek doing some shopping and with the price of everything these days, I ran out of cash. I did a search for a nearby Wells Fargo and this was the closest one. It seemed to be a bit out of the way, and I was surprised that there weren't more locations in the area. Drove here and used the drive up ATM machine. There was nobody in line ahead of me and I was able to pull up with ease, while driving my mother's car, which I was not 100% used to driving. No issues here whatsoever. No panhandlers near the ATM harassing customers as I have become accustomed to at home, in the LA area. 5 out of 5 stars!

bank of america is way better , they actually take the time to take care of your needs , signed up the other day was told i can sign up for digital wallet i have to wait for my card to be sent in the mail , have a gym bill and phone bill needed to be paid and now i have a late fee because my digital wallet won't work , called and tried to fix it and no one can do nothing about , wells fargo is a joke

Went there for a quick print of my statement. I was told to leave and make an appointment. Lots of joking on between the employees and not many customers getting help. HELLO CHASE!!!

You guys should update your listing, you make us drive and you close at 5 pm instead 6 pm as it said in your listing here. Also will be nice if you list what services we can do in the branch and what we can not do. It seems like you have communication problems with your clients.
