I had an unusual transaction that needed to be completed at this branch and I am not an account holder. It went through with no issues thanks to Chris (branch manager). He kept me informed the whole way through and there were absolutely no issues. All the bank tellers I dealt with were very friendly and personable as well. I'm seriously thinking about opening an account. I can't understand all the negative reviews. Maybe those people just can't be pleased? I don't know... But my experience has been nothing but pleasure.

So I went into the Wells Fargo on Warner and Val Vista this morning. Went in and sat down. Waited 10 minutes while three people sat at their desks helping no one. The place was empty to. A man walks in, walks up to one of the persons sitting at their desk and they help him instantly, so I left. Then when I tried calling for 20 minutes no one would answer the phone. Recording said everyone was busy.....LOL. Oh and I've been with them for 30 years to. I called and told the manager I will be going to another Wells Fargo from now on and for him to have some customer training classes for his very very lazy people.

Worst bank I've ever been to... Today. Most days, pretty much every day. Do you know what Wells Fargo means? So Wells, they want to drain YOUR well and keep their well overflowing. See banks take your money and they invest, save, they do whatever they want with it. Ok now Fargo, in Latin terms, Fargo literally translates to ROBBER, someone who TAKES, someone who STEALS. This place LITERALLY is named A BANK ROBBER WHO WANTS TO DRAIN YOUR WELL. I went yesterday to literally take all my money and go to a WAY better bank. Did the manager acknowledge me? NOPE. Did he bother to say HI to me? NOPE. Did he try to change my mind? NOPE. I believe the bank manager's name is CHRIS, all this guy cares about is himself. Do you want to work with a man like that, NOT ME!! IF you do by chance work with anyone in here, here are the heroes of this branch: BRADLEY, BRANDON, ALISIA, JOE. ANYONE ELSE, DON'T TRUST THEM. All they want to do is ROB you Blind. Be better, go to a credit union that ACTUALLY cares about you and your money. Support the little guy, not the big corporation that will take your house from you for profit, that will take a massive BAILOUT and continue to TAKE TAKE TAKE. I RECOMMEND DESERT SCHOOLS. If you go there, THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOU AS A HUMAN, NOT A NUMBER.

As a team member and a customer, I was denied the bathroom. They said they do not allow bathrooms for customers and recommended I go to target. I have not heard of this in 10 years of experience of working for Wells, nor my 5 years of branch experience. Very unfortunate experience buying a cashiers check.

Walked in to see a banker and took a seat. I was never greeted by anybody even though they made eye contact with me. One of the bankers and the mortgage guy were talking about sports for the 10 minutes I was waiting. Terrible location with lazy employees.

The tellers and bankers don’t get paid enough to greet clients. I came and sat for 25 minutes. No one gave a word and I left

Best Wells Fargo ever! The manager is super nice, the Enviroment is very calm and the bank reps are very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely make this bank my recurring bank. Highly recommend it!

This place went down hill since the management change in the past few months. I have been coming to this location to have a document in foreign language notarized for years now and never had an issue. This time around the branch manager refused to do it because it was in a foreign language, even though the doc contained the translation to English as well. The doc is for my disabled father in law who was waiting in the car outside. The notary lady at first told me that I would need to bring him inside to sign. I explained that it is very difficult to move him around, he is completely disabled, in the past the notary would come out to see him. She refused by saying that she was not allowed. When I asked for a manager to explain to me why, she quickly corrected herself by saying that SHE did not feel safe doing that. So she blatantly lied the first time.Mind you - my family had been WF custs for over 20 years.Anyhow, I went to another place, a post office, and they notarized it right away, we had a good laugh about the WF branch manager’s ignorance and their notary’s fear of a disabled person.

Been banking here for years and I’ve never had an issue until recently trying to deposit business checks. For some reason Julian makes things so difficult to the point I pull up and he’s in the window I drive off and go inside to get another banker.

The manager Julian and the 5 other staff tellers are the absolute worst! AVOID this location at all costs! These people are rude and offer no alternatives to any issues! So many problems every time I go in and now they lost my buisness and my family's buisness! I hate wells Fargo and their customer service is awful!

Slow Slow Slow Service. If you can call it service. Wait times for a teller is 15 min minimum, if the line gets long, no one jumps in to help. Pride and ESL gets the five "brokers" or "managers" jumping to help, everyone else is just an inconvenient transaction. Worst bank service I have ever experienced but standard for these times
