I was in Queen Creek doing some shopping and with the price of everything these days, I ran out of cash. I did a search for a nearby Wells Fargo and this was the closest one. It seemed to be a bit out of the way, and I was surprised that there weren't more locations in the area. Drove here and used the drive up ATM machine. There was nobody in line ahead of me and I was able to pull up with ease, while driving my mother's car, which I was not 100% used to driving. No issues here whatsoever. No panhandlers near the ATM harassing customers as I have become accustomed to at home, in the LA area. 5 out of 5 stars!

Terrible location. If you have to back at Wells Fargo avoid this location. Not customer focused.

I have visited this Wells Fargo branch on several occasions over the last two months. I try to give every business the benefit of the doubt. But after several visits I have determined that this is easily the worst branch I've ever done business in. I have been a long time Wells Fargo customer with my business and personal accounts and I could never recommend Wells because of the business I've done in this branch.

Turned away for not having a mask while serving maskless white customers. Purchased a mask than told I needed to set an appointment and they didn't have availability today. Not the first time this branch has been accused of racism.

During such uncertain times a financial institution is the rock of everybody's economic stability. Closing branches without a drive thru is totally understandable. I can even understand that inside banking by appt. only is justified. Closing a drive thru early on a Saturday or any day makes no sense what so ever. Keeping it open longer by using some of the staff of the closed locations hence preventing layoffs and not creating hard times for those that were employed at those shut down Wells Fargo branches. I can almost understand the reasoning given of less people seen less chance of spreading the Covid-19 virus. If it wasn't for that essential business model being part of the equation. This is why I can not wrap my brain around such a decision. In these time a business should be proactive instead of reactive! Did the grocery stores lay-off the clerks to gather the shopping carts or only collect them for a certain time based on volume? NO they retrained them to collect the carts and wipe each one down making the consumers feel safe and cared about. Maybe Wells Fargo should LEARN for others and retrained there staff to handle more transactions safely thru the only real means of accessing you institutions while making us feel cared about instead of turning us away or directing us to an ATM. If the need is there (I was not the only one turned away) than you should be there too.

This branch imposed a ridiculous fee for access to checks that every other branch I have ever visited waives because we do so much business for Wells Fargo. Just a very tacky way to conduct business with a "valued customer".

Nice Wells Fargo service as usual, had a few hiccups with the wrong checking being selected on my deposits but that's not a real issue. Say down with someone to open new accounts and modify existing which usually sucks but had good service and help. Also nice that water is offered during interactions...

We've banked here since the day they opened (long time Wells Fargo customers anyway). Colby there has always taken great care of us, knows us by name, what our kids are (always makes sure to have suckers for the kids) and what we are up to. Great guy, great service. Can't complain.
