Kaden was super helpful and knowledgeable about the steps to get data off a water damaged iPhone 12. He took time with us and explained the complicated damage and offered advice on how to get our data off our broken phone.

iPhone battery died New Years Day, called them the next day, they had the battery in stock. I drove over and the phone was fixed in 30 minutes. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly as was the other staff person. If you are in Gilbert and vicinity, see these guys first. I know we will.

The quality of the work was good. However the cashier that closed out the transaction was very rude and I also never received a phone call telling me my order was done. It was supposed to be done in 45 minutes, finally after 2 hours without a call I went in and asked for it. The guy acted like I should’ve known it was done. No apology for no phone call or nothing. I’ve had several phones repaired at this location, but I may go to a different company next time.
