First off, the pricing here is so reasonable! We first got quoted from a chain jeweler before coming here and got a quote $100 cheaper at Walt's. Second, the customer service is incredible! We accidentally got a call saying my ring was ready when it wasn't (totally fine, things happen we weren't upset at all) but they ended up expediting it to make it right which was so awesome! Our new go to jeweler for sure. Not to mention the work they did was perfect, my ring looks gorgeous.

This is a one of a kind family owned jewelry store. The staff is super knowledgeable and the owner is a great man. You can expect honest prices and great quality. They do awesome repair work and are really good with custom jewelry pieces.

I’ve been to Walt’s several times now and I’ve been very impressed with not only the quality of their jewelers work, but the honesty and integrity of their staff.One particular employee Sona was very kind and took an extremely long period of time with me when helping me design a ring and earrings from my previous weddings ring.She completely understood how special the new pieces would be, and was very honest when it came to sticking within my budget.Walt’s is a small local business, but they go above and beyond for their customers!Stay away from the jewelry stores with commercials and lots of advertisements. Go to Walt’s where you will be treated fair and become family!

Amazing quality of jewelry since they are a small family owned business. This sets them apart from other franchises. The staff and owner know their trade well! The owner was very attentive to our needs, and besides being very knowledgeable, he was kind and fun and we felt VERY well taken care of. Any challenge you throw at them if you need anything customized, I feel they would be excited to rise to the occasion to give you great quality back. If reviews state anything less, then it’s because the customer did not have the correct knowledge about their own product. Thank you Walt’s Jewelers!

My husband, Jeff, and I have purchased various items from Walt’s jewelry and have entrusted them with the restoration of many heirloom pieces. They treat you like family! Sona Scott is so knowledgeable and helpful! my husband lost his wedding ring after 30 years of marriage. Sona was so gracious and helpful in finding a meaningful replacement. We have been so impressed that we have recommended this jewelry store to other family members including our oldest son who purchased his wedding ring there. There is no other jewelry store in the valley that I trust more. They are the best!
