We've been coming here for years. The pharmacy it's staffed by people who care. It's amazing Walmart is able to recruit such quality people. We moved out of the area 2 years ago and continue to pick up our medication from this location because the pharmacist is so knowledgeable and quick to help with any problems.

For the past ten years I have filled both mine and my husband's prescriptions in Walmart (Flagstaff AZ). First on Woodland Hills until the new one opened on Huntington. Never ever have I had any difficulty filling my pain meds written by my California Specialist or any other medication for that matter. We moved to Gilbert this year and this pharmacist was unwilling to fill them, call Flagstaff or even look in their system or the FDA system to verify that I'm not a drug seeker. Very dissatisfied in this Walmart. That there isn't a set policy to be followed either. I have written to corporate and will no longer shop at Walmart. Target has my business now.

My experience with this pharmacy is terrible, Vaishali and Shaili are very racist! They will lie about their customers and they will tell the lies to your doctors. John Reen who is the District manager is also not a good person to even try to go to. If you are a person of Color DO NOT USE THEM. They are rude and when you get upset with them they wanna say you were wrong. How about telling the truth, or better yet how about not speaking about the person at all. Vaishali and Shaili both did not take the time to even get to know me as a person. They are judgmental, and since the district manager is John is only concerned about his employees and not concerned about the customer and they were treated or why they are upset at all he is a waste of time. Arizona is very prejudice. If you are AFRO AMERICAN Please do not go here. They will lie on you to your doctors office. These people are horrible.

Very bad experience with the Pharmacist today there. She was very rude on responding to the question I had regarding medicine. She needs to learn ow to provide proper customer service. It was not appreciable at all. Very disappointed!! Usually other pharmacists are very nice there except the one who was on duty today 09/05/2020

I've been using this pharmacy for years, the staff know my children and I very well. We have become quite fond of most of them as they are very friendly and care for the well being of all their customers. We appreciate all their love and the hard work they put in Every day. Some days are overwhelming I'm sure, but that doesn't keep them from being the amazing staff that they are. They just might not be able to take the time to chat with you like they usually do. Me and my little boy and little girl appreciate all they do for us and all their advice!

They have very professional pharmacists but this is a busy location. I have seen them spend time with customers but they always cut it short. This may seem rude to some people. However I never see them take a brake. I have seen the technicians taking brakes. When I'm walking over. They stand up right away and help me.

Always super helpful and easy to work with, as I have many different medications I'm on and are frequently being changed. Almost always the best prices available! Thanks Walmart and your staff!!!

I have been having my prescriptions filled here for years, and they have been so helpful in getting refills called in and finding discounts. They don't leave you waiting around like other pharmacies. The people who work here are very nice.

Looks like I'm not the only one that thinks this pharmacy sucks. there is a heavy set girl that works here with purple hair, and she is very rude, very cold and very unfriendly. she definitely should not be working at a pharmacy, or any customer service, for that matter!!!! You guys need to get rid of her, she is rude. Every time I come here for my prescriptions, she is awful, awful, awful. She has a personality of a rock, and that isn't saying much!!!get rid of her!!!!

Why aren't all Wal-Mart pharmacy policies synced? If one pharmacist is able to fill at another location but doesn't have the meds you need in stock shouldn't that mean another Wal-Mart location that does have your meds should be able to fill? Not at this location thanks to a tiny dark haired (don't know her name) power tripping woman pharmacist. She needs to take a class on how non-verbal communication is perceived from a customer standpoint. Not too mention she is incredibly rude and judgmental based on the meds you need. Go to Walgreens on Higley and Williamsfield. Their pharmacist is actually friendly and much quicker.
