Takes 48 hours to get a prescription filled after I received 2 messages saying the were ready for pick up, will never being using a Walgreens pharmacy again. What if I needed this prescription for life saving medication would that be a good idea to make a patient wait 2 days for their medication I don't think so terrible services use a better pharmacy.

The girl that does passport photos. Blonde with glasses. Think her name is Mckenzie. She has no customer's skills at all. Very rude! Act likes she is too busy to help a customer!

Never received a notice that my prescription was rejected. Was told I dropped the ball and should have called in. But not surprised big corp.

Great pharmacy staff that is accommodating to last minute requests. The rest of the store is fine, and what you would expect from a Walgreens. It’s not amazing, but it serves its purpose.

This is the best Walgreens ever! I have to drive 10mins because the one by Queen Creek (Ocotillo & Rittenhouse) is just horrible. This one, I’ve never had any issues.. from manager all the way down to cashiers. They are so patient especially with customers with disabilities. They are helpful and friendly. I am willing to drive here eventhough I have a Walgreens closer to me. I hope it’ll stay this way because I love shopping here. It’s just filled with positive vibes and great people. Walgreens in Queen Creek Store #11116 needs to take note and have customer service training from this store.

Today was the third time that I was one car back from the pharmacy window. The car in front of me took 20 minutes. This is the third time this has happened why doesn’t someone at Walgreens tell the customer to come inside. Why make everyone behind this person wait that long? It’s simply ridiculous! This is the Walgreens on Higley and German Rd.The line was six deep when I left. What a joke!

The store layout is a little different than some but it's a nice store. Some of the workers are kinda rude and snobby though! Which I really don't appreciate. I asked a blonde lady for help and she looked at me like I was interrupting her as she was stalking shelves. The worker Raven is a sweetheart though! Pharmacy isn't too bad as well! They're usually helpful and friendly!

The cashier was in a bad mood it seems she was not really nice to me even though I tried I guess because am black she was really mean and dash my stuff she needs to stay home until he/ she get over her problems or until she set some good training. Her name tag says Lee

There was a white gentleman named Charles dropping N-word after N-word saying they're from the hood so they can say that??? I hope this store shuts down!! No human being should have to hear such hateful comments from someone. I doubt they'll do anything about it but i'm NEVER coming back and I will do everything I can to prevent anyone else :/

Robert a pharm tech was working this last Sunday. When I was waiting in line, I overheard someone say to a customer over the phone “you can ask the question but I’m not going to answer it.” I took a step forward to see who in the world would speak to a customer like that and it was in fact this man. I tried to get some antibiotics 15 minutes before close and though I knew it was calling it close this man did not let me explain that I was supposed to travel out of town/back home the next day. He didn’t even look at my prescription and said “nope. All of you guys are dropping off so it won’t be ready tonight”. Once I started to walk away he wanted to start naming other locations that are open later and when I didn’t respond he sarcastically said “okay!” I am SO appalled that someone speaks to customers like that. No empathy or anything. Working in a place where very many people are coming in sick and just responding so rudely. I spoke to the Walgreens manager who said he had no control over the pharmacy but I needed it to be known how absolutely upset I was that he spoke to people in this manner and with two other people there who didn’t even speak up!

I usually come to this location with no issues but the other day I brought my mom to get two small passport pictures taken and the employee started asking if she has a United States Passport or a Mexican passport. As far as I know that's not the employees business and she tried to deny the service, I insisted that we just need the pictures taken. She was was rude and had attitude. I read other reviews and this location has issues with POC.
