Find a different pharmacy, save your time especially if you need your medication urgently. I went in, they said it would be filled in 1 hr. I came back 3 hrs later to find only 1 part of it ready and the other would be ready the next day. Ok, fine. I got back the next day, finally get all parts to my medication. To come home and find out my breathing machine was broken. I call to see if i can run over to have it exchanged and the pharmacist says no, they dont replace detective equipment. They basically told me they arent responsible for that. How can you be a pharmacist giving a patient detective equipment. I went 3 days without my medication and im pregnant. And im still waiting for a call from the manager. So just dont

I would not buy a gift card here- they use 3rd party cards and if they don't activate it correctly then you are SOL. They will not and say "can not" help you. You have to contact the card issuer- and they do not get confirmations from Walgreens about purchases- so too bad. CVS does a much better job!!!!

I showed up 45 min before they closed with 3 scripts, the drive through pick up was backed up and 4 people in front of me in line. I thought there is no way they are gonna be able to get mine filled before they closed but I took a chance. I explained my urgency and although they initially didn’t think they would have time to get me in they said they would do their best. Oh boy how happy I was when the pharmacist told the tech he would make it happen, and they did!! I’m not suggesting you get in there late lol I hate being that guy! But I am suggesting you shop here for meds. The staff was great! Thank you Walgreens in Higley and Chandler Heights!!

Yall need to fire Jesse he is a horrible manager customer service is terrible I paid for pictures showed him my receipt and showed him my bank statement and he still said there was nothing he was willing to do! Asked me if I wanted anything else because he had something more important than to deal with me talking above me like I was nothing maybe because I'm black and a women is my guess...

"You can get in line with everyone else". Well first I need to know where the line is for my appointment. I politely asked the first person I saw where I should wait and that was the response. You couldn't be more rude to your customers. Then I wait all this time to be told you cannot help me here. You people are a joke working in the pharmacy. Nice way to encourage younger people to get their flu shots.

Came in today to pick up photo prints and Shawnee was such a gem!!! She was so helpful and patient with me, she helped me size my photos perfectly!! You guys are so lucky to have her ☺️

It’s a decent store but not many items of the same product on the shelf. If you want to buy more then 1 hair dye of the same type and color your SOL. Good for a last minute run for quick in and out

If I could give this Walgreens zero stars I would. The women and pharmacist at this location are absolutely terrible and disrespectful and rude. I do not recommend anyone ever send their medication or refills to this location. There's the pharmacist that is short with glasses and a brunette she needs to be fired asap along with one of the workers at this pharmacy who's tall fat with partially dyed pink hair who was giving me an attitude. If a doctor calls the pharmacy and sends a prescription YOU DO NOT REFUSE TO GIVE THE PATIENT THEIR GOD DAMN MEDICATION.... Don't ever use this location or pharmacy! The tall fat female with pink hair was having a word fight with me for almost 45minutes which is absolutely unacceptable period. Terrible customer service!

Received my flu shot here which went well. I was almost denied because the individual working behind the pharmacy desk though he new everything and went to send me away after providing my insurance card. Luckily a co worker was there to share with him that they now accept my provider. Close one.

The worst staff (Ron) supposed to be a manager. No customer service skills. The cashier didn't scan my spend booster and he wouldn't give it back to me. There's always a line going from the front of the store to the photo pick up and the employees don't call for help. Don't shop there for anything!
