Shout out to the pharmacist Lisa! In my experience most pharmacists (or even pharm techs) just want to get you off the phone as quick as possible but Lisa stayed on the phone and took the time and effort to help me when I had an insurance issue. I’m extremely grateful for her kindness. Give this woman a raise!

I love this pharmacy. Curt is my favorite. Super cool guy who went out of his way to show compassion for my situation as well as do what he could to help me with the issue, without it even being the pharmacy's fault. Outstanding!

I have been coming to this Pharmacy for five years they were in fact, a saving grace during a time in my life when I was very ill. Leslie in particular is the only good thing left about this pharmacy. in this last three months, it is a whole different story. I went on Tuesday to pick up meds to be told Wednesday the male pharmacist then was short and frustrated with me. went In Wednesday to be told Thursday went In Thursday to be told tomorrow, Friday. When I Asked if they were sure…The Pharmacist Lisa Laughed at me and said “I don’t know at least they say it’s on the order” I am a well respected surgical manager and if we treated ANY patient with this lack of empathy we would be fired! I understand they can’t control some things but a so sorry and thank you goes a lot further than a snort and a sarcastic remark.

Absolutely the worst customer service at the Pharmacy. Rude staff, and I drove all the way out there for a shot and then they said they didn't have the meds. I made an appointment in their system, and they had my phone number and email address, but thought the best thing was just to waste my time and have me come over so they could tell me in person? This is literally the worst service ever.

If you sign up, you can earn WALGREENS REWARDS to use on your next visit. Their website shows the reward $$ that you've earned by buying items you need so it became a win/win for me!
I highly recommend Walgreen's NICE brand snacks & paper products which are made well & cost less $$ than the name brands of similar items.
Also, the register prints out coupons after your sale. I've gotten $7 in rewards if I buy $15, $25, $40, even just $5! Use it before it expires. Here are the items I buy at Walgreens: Paper towels, paper plates, toilet paper, Puffs & Kleenex or the store brand tissue, Neutrogena toner & moisturizers & No. 7 skin care line. Clairol & L'Oreal hair colors (when they are buy one get one FREE or buy one get 50% off of the lower priced item.
Because of the pharmacy drive thru window, I pick up my medication refills too. If only 1 or 2 cars are in line & I don't need to go inside for anything

Worse experience,Infant Son needed medicine so not knowing they closed at 10 I walked in at 9:55,Immediately I was told by an associate the store closed at 10,I completely understood and went straight to what I needed because I am very respectful of time,After going to check out I noticed i grabbed the wrong product, The associate was kind enough to go grab the right one,On his way he ran into the Manager Tim T who was very upset and said REALLY loud enough so we can hear his anger that he was being forced to work a few minutes past 10,While I was checking out he stared at me and laughed as if he wanted to provoke an argument,Terrible service and a bad example as a manager to the two younger associates,If Tim T should needs to work on his customer service skills.

The pharmacists are great here. They always give me a call when prescriptions show they are due for refill and are very quick when calling doctor for approval.

This location I have been going to for a year and a bit and treated with decency and kindness by the staff here. However a pharmacy tech on staff by the name of Robin YELLED at me repeatedly over the phone without even being willing to hear what I was asking or answering any questions that I had, she just took her wrath out on me, so therefore I will be taking my prescriptions and my business somewhere else. And I will be paying a visit to the store manager in person and writing the corporate office. I have worked in the medical profession for 23 years and this kind of behavior usually gets a person fired. She is a hateful threatening person who should not be speaking or dealing with patients on the phone or in person. Definitely not that friendly pharmacist image that Walgreens advertises.
