Is this Walgreen's pharmacy understaffed? Was on hold close to 40 minutes, late Friday afternoon. When someone in pharmacy picked up the phone they put me right back on hold, without acknowledging. Called back later, early to mid-evening. Was put on hold for 10 minutes too, before I spoke to someone live.
