Went in for prescription Maui Jim sunglasses and standard Maui Jim sunglasses. We worked with Michelle who was extremely knowledgeable about the products they carried and went above and beyond assisting me in finding a frame that would accommodate my rx and that I loved.

I honestly don’t know how Dr. Glenn completed my eye exam because I was smiling most of the time. Energy in this office is great. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. It almost took me 1hr to pick out my frames because there’s so many great options, and not a single person rushed me while I went through every option. This was my first time at visionworks and this team made my experience amazing. Shout out to Ariana, Mike, and Zach for all the help!

Unexpectedly delighted with our experience. We needed Saturday appointments, so we were expecting a “corporate chain” experience as a trade-off. The staff was present (almost a miracle these days!) and kind. Check in was easy. The tech that did the tests before seeing the doctor was personable & professional. The doctor was absolutely great, knowledgeable, patient, and I think he made a great recommendation for my contacts. The check out where we picked glasses/contacts was no-pressure & informative. Contacts will be mailed; everything was smooth & easy. Thanks!

Visionworks has always been great. Michael who helped me with my experience was super great and serves some funny dad jokes. The doctor was great as well, along with the rest of the staff. All super friendly and accommodating to someone like me who hadn’t been in for quite some time. Great location. Great employees. Great company. 10/10.

Was promised glasses for 3/30. Called 3/29 to check the status and the system said it was pending… no other info available and an update would be given in 3-5 days. Called again today 4/4 to check the status of the glasses I ordered and once again the system is saying the same exact thing…. Order is pending no other information available. Tried to speak to a representative at the store for help…. The system says it will connect me, then it keeps saying I’ve reached the after hours customer center when the store is open until 7pm. Why can’t I call and speak to someone at the store directly?
After going to the store this evening the glasses were indeed in for pickup. I’m thankful for Michael’s help. The workers at the store have all been wonderful but navigating the telephone system is a real pain!!

I had a great experience here! The receptionist was very friendly. She was very sweet and kind while taking me through the basic eye exams. I was placed in a room and waited approximately 5 minutes before Dr. Bassett arrived. He thoroughly explained my current eye health and listened to my concerns. All my concerns were addressed and then he did the eye exam and provided my prescription. I walked out of the exam room and another associate assisted me in finding frames. The associate was very helpful and funny. My appointment time was 5:15pm, but I got there around 5pm and they took me in early. I had my exam and ordered new glasses and I was out of there at 5:36pm.

Gone here for YEARS. I am currently standing in a line waiting to be helped for 20 minutes which normally would be fine accept there is NO ONE HELPING US AT THE FRONT DESK. there is one worker servicing a client and that’s it. So friken annoying hire more staff if you can’t help us

Store was clean with lots of choices for glasses and sunglasses.
