Jasmine was the BEST rep I've ever worked with. She made the whole experience of changing phone carriers so easy and explained the process so well. I can't thank her enough, she really made my Verizon experience so wonderful ?

I love this location which is why I always drive over here from Apache Junction. Today I came and the location was closed at 12pm which I found very weird for it to be closed on a Saturday afternoon since this location is located at a busy mall. 3 stars because it was an inconvenience for me to drive from so far and find the location closed.

Very helpful setting up one of my work phones. The associate was able to direct me in the right direction with what plan to get and how to make it the most cost effective option for my needs. Just be sure to ask all the questions you have in case they for get to mention something to you.

Excellent experience. Store was clean and customer service matched. Devin was a pleasure to work with, honest, attentive, and customer driven. He was on top of his game for processing an upgrade and helping me with any questions and being sure to let me know of any available offers and making sure I wasn't missing anything to go with the new phone before I left. He will have my business coming back for anything Verizon related. Thank you for hiring and retaining great customer service reps, it makes it a pleasure to do business here!

The sales associate Jasmine was extremely knowledgeable, warm, welcoming and attentive. I would not have purchased the phone I bought today had it not been for her. She made me feel comfortable with my purchase and this is one of the very few times in my life I have not experienced buyer’s remorse. She was up front, clear and concise with what to expect and very helpful teaching me how to navigate my new phone. She definitely deserves a five star review in my book!

Devin was extremely kind and helpful. He resolved all of my questions and concerns thoroughly, was very knowledgeable, and gave me an honest rundown of my options. I did not feel like I was just another customer. My experience coming into this location was amazing because of his treatment and service.

Jasmine and Tayler provided us with excellent customer service. Especially, Jasmine when I came in without an appointment, she took time to help me get my watch set up and took time to call customer service for another issue for me. Highly recommend this Verizon store.

My wife and I were helped by Tayler. She made our whole experience switching over to Verizon very smooth and she went above and beyond to make sure that the process was flawless. She exceeded our expectations even further when she stayed 45 minutes past the end of her shift in order to activate our phones. Very enjoyable representative to chat with and very helpful! The rest of my family are thinking of switching over to Verizon and I’ll make sure they go on a day when Tayler is on shift!

Tayler and Jasmine are amazing. My iPhone suddenly had blank screen and not displaying anything. Went to apple store to diagnose. They said I need to replace the display and costs $280. Just wanted to check with Verizon (my carrier) if they have any low cost device so I can replace.Tayler and Jasmine just did hard reset on my device and everything worked fine. I was so surprised on how come apple care team didn’t do the same.

Outstanding customer service, personable, efficient, knowledgeable! Preston went above and beyond to help me select the best phones to meet my needs, provide reassurance that the transfer would be completed in a secure and timely manner and he was so friendly and kind during the entire process. Fantastic!!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Super knowledgeable staff with great customer service skills. Devin answered all of my questions and was so helpful. He took time to explain all of my options, he wasn't pushy, and he made the process of upgrading my phone very pleasant.
