The good old bait and switch. This place is using poor business practices, and when that happens I refuse to give them my business. Brought my cat here 1 week ago and had her examined with a treatment plan. The medicine was getting too hard to administer orally so I called them yesterday to ask how much to just have them give her a shot instead. I was very clear that I only wanted to come for the shot and would like to know the price which they gave me. I show up and suddenly they need to do another exam. For what? This was simply to get a shot for the treatment plan you already gave us 1 week ago. Totally ridiculous. The technician and the vet were nice and I have no issue with them, but this sort of practice is clearly bait and switch meant to get people in the door and then come up with reasons to charge them more money. No, the exam would not break the bank, but based on principle, I am not going to give them my business.

all the staff is very nice and i love going here it took us a while to find a permanent vet and in glad to say val vista is it.

Horrible as far as getting done what I asked to be done for my dog. I’ve been in there two times and neither time they could cut my dogs nails. Then they didn’t exam that I asked them not to do because I was not going to pay $400. Both doctors I had I’m sure are very well knowledgeable but I want to get in and out. They talk way too much about information that I was not looking for. And as I was leaving, they said what is the problem I said the problem is is that you’re looking for things that are wrong with my dog. Nothing is wrong with my dog. I wanted the services done as I asked that is it. I will not be back.?

Val Vista Animal Hospital is first rate from their receptionists, assistants and techs to their doctors! Been taking my dogs to them for more than 16 years! Always kind, informative and professional. Highly recommend!

Veterinarian and staff were extremely helpful and professional as usual. Or dog had diarrhea and they prescribed a course of medicine that quickly cleared it up. Thank you again Val Vista Animal hospital.

We’re so happy and pleased with Val Vista Animal Hospital. All the staff, from the front desk to the Vets, are very polite and professional. I appreciate they listen and take their time. I’ve never felt like rushing during my appointments. The doctors are just amazing, knowledgeable and pay attention to every little detail. They have taken care of my dog for a few years now and I can’t thank them enough for their outstanding customer service and for ensuring my dog is in good health.

I highly recommend this hospital! They were able to get me in very quick same day. Front staff were very nice and welcoming. The technicians and doctor were excellent and treated my dog like their own. Everyone was very knowledgeable and explained things in detail. I’m extremely happy that I found this place! Thank you Val Vista Animal Hospital!

I have brought 6 cats here and the care & concern for them go above & beyond. Won’t take them anywhere else. All the Doctors are knowledgeable, kind and very thorough. Can’t thank them enough for all they do!

Dr. Little and the staff at VVAH are amazing. My only knock is the cost. That is what animal ownership entails.
