First off, pretty much all of the staff are alt girls with great style and perfect eyeliner. Staff always seems busy so sometimes it's hard to get help, but I've never had a bad interaction with an employee here. One time I witnessed someone shoplift a whole cart of goods from the store and all the employees kept their cool. Other than that, a lot of the clothes here are overpriced or not cute. I go here all the time to look but never find anything, even on color tag days. The best you'll find here are cute decorations if you're lucky. Overall, the staff is great but selection is not.

The most expensive goodwill in all of Mesa, Gilbert, and Queen Creek!!! I love thrifting so I haunt them all often. Holy cow!!! Save yourself the trip and just go shop TJ maxx, Marshall's and Ross!!!

The staff at this location are personable and kind. I was there a couple of weeks ago and was helped by someone with pink hair. I remember her being so friendly and polite. We need more people in the world like her.

Quinn made sure to have a positive attitude every time I visited. She was SO helpful and genuinely made my week with her kindness. The guy manager working a close with her one night was very sweet too! Younger, brown hair, super nice. The selection is always good and it's always kept very nice. They also were very patient with my broke ass. I tried three different cards and had to void twice and still had to come back another day. They had set aside my stuff and I was still able to get it all when I got paid! I was beyond grateful. They were never rude or came across as inconvenience. This experience was again, with Quinn. Btw Quinn your eyes are pretty and your eyeliner is perfect

this place has wonderful customer service. the person with blue hair was so sweet, i dropped a hanger and they went out of their way to pick it up for me and offered to help me with whatever i needed. definitely coming here again!

i found my new favorite place to shop and it’s all thanks to the incredible staff you have working here ! maya was super helpful and kind enough to help me look for exactly what i was finding. they recommended so many cute items i just had to buy ! i will definitely be coming back

3/3/22 12:40pm the middle aged lady at the register with dark shoulder length hair. Tried to guilt me into doing the round up for charity. I jave my reasons for not wanting to do it today. She tried to push it on me numerous times, making passive aggressive comments and literally said, "wow I'm shocked, I'm blown away" yadda yadda in a rude tone and continued with her passive aggressive comments trying to guilt me into it. I finally spoke up and told her I don't appreciate the guilt. She continued to say "especially after you got a lamp for a dollar". I tried to get her name but she flupped her badge over before I could. Then to the person behind me as I'm leaving starting talking about me loudly and attempted to public shame me. I have never had such a horrible experience. My explanation does not properly explain this woman. The definition of a Karen.
