I usually receive good service until yesterday!
A return item went to wrong address and thought they (Jennifer) could assist — no such luck! She was not willing to contact the recipient
out of state and was unable to comprehend that
was not what I was asking for! She kept stating it went to correct address showing on tracking
receipt — so stupid!
Luckily the system worked as I received text from USPS post in North Carolina requesting correct information which was provided — no thanks to Jenifer !!!!!

Absolute worst experience I have had at a post office. Huge lack of customer service. They refused to work with me and said I wish I could help. No if you wanted to help you would have no reason to lie and make excuses. I will never return to this location and I recommend you stay away.

Make sure you bring your packages ready to go and don't require any tape or anything else that every other shipping location handles for free, otherwise you will wait in line forever due to the slow service, and then be told that you need to buy an entire roll of tape so that you can ship a small package. Either charge me a reasonable charge for a piece of tape or charge me regular price for a roll of tape, but don't charge me an overly marked up price because you are trying to take advantage of customers when they don't understand you're stupid rules that are different from everywhere else. Gotta love government ran businesses!

I was sorry to read that others have had bad experience at this location but I have always had pleasant exchange with the personnel there and they have also been knowledgeable with the services and helpful when I was confused. It’s always pretty busy for some reason and they move as fast they can while still maintaining a good attitude, at least on the occasions that I needed to drop by there. I have used it sporadically in the last 2 years or so since it’s the closest to my apt.

This US Post Office may be small, but it sure is mighty. There's ample parking, but the interior space is small and there's often a line. However, the team works quickly and I've never waited long.I really don't like shipping items, but have found myself here a few times in the past year. The team here make it painless and seamless. Everyone here is so nice and helpful. I rarely come prepared. I usually don't have my items or labels secured, but the team lets borrow their tapes and/or staplers and seal everything right then and there.No complaints here!

Adding to the multitude of 1 star reviews for this specific location. I've been here a few times and have had poor experiences then too, so much so that I pay extra to ship items via UPS just so I don't have to come here. Today's item unfortunately was being shipped to HI and the difference in price was nearly $20+ so alas I had to go to USPS and it was the worst experience yet. The lady working was rude and almost seemed frustrated that she had to do her job and help me. I will never come to this location again. The parking on top of it is awful as well. Stay away.

The customer service agent suggested I mail my envelope with Registered First Class priority mail to Europe which will take the same amount as Priority mail and saved me a lot of money.

Absolutely terrible service. Scanned my prepaid packages in then had no where to put them. All boxes full or won’t open. I mail lots of pkgs and I have only had damage through this post office. I won’t be back. I have to go to another post office to securely drop them or just leave them on the floor like other customers did. Not good or safe!

Mailed a certified and return receipt letter to an address 20 miles away on March 29th. It was supposed arrive March 31st. As of April 4, USPS doesn't even know where the letter is other than "USPS is in possession" of the letter. No updated ETA or any other resolution. YOU HAVE ONE FLUFFING JOB!

Whatever african american woman that was working in the back drop off at 4:20pm monday feb 27th was extremely rude. The prepaid label drop off box wasn’t opening and then it opened so the man before me was finally able to drop his stuff then she opens the door and starts yelling at us saying she’s trying to clear it but we keep dropping stuff on the floor? Then put a sign up idiot how is everyone supposed to know that? Did not appreciate her attitude

Over 10 people in line and only one customer service rep. Typical Federal government. I shouldn't be surprised at all!
