The customer service agent suggested I mail my envelope with Registered First Class priority mail to Europe which will take the same amount as Priority mail and saved me a lot of money.

Over 10 people in line and only one customer service rep. Typical Federal government. I shouldn't be surprised at all!

The main postal worker at the counter yesterday was amazing. I want to say she was probably the nicest postal worker I’ve met in a long time. She helped me so much with the mailing of my passport.
