I dropped off a package to be delivered last week. Just received a hand written letter from a Jeff that works at the post office indicating he didn't charge me the full amount he was supposed to. The package was was a priority package that needed to be sent out asap. The hand written letter is asking me to come down and pay the extra fee for priority mail. Its now a week later and the package has still not been sent out. Jeff made the mistake and hasn't processed my package that needed to go out asap. What a horrible establishment.

Dirty dirty shameless employees here. I mailed 20 packages out here ground service they returned them to me used the labels and charged me and then tried to charge my card an extra 50$ extra on 20 orders. Yes 1000$!!! Dirty Dirty people here if that would have went through and my card they would be in court

Ok so today I had a 75.00 dollar package that said it was delivered so I went out and it was no where to be found so of course I emailed them and got a response that it may take 3 days to resolve so I was stressing BUT!!!! I had someone from the post office come out and deliver it after hours… I was truly amazed by their response time! God bless you all at this location you truly exceeded expectations… best mail service ever lol don’t mind me I did have a few drinks before posting this as I was super stressed don’t judge me?☝?

Worse customer service ever. They never have an answer. They never know their system and how works. They always ask to call some number somewhere else. I hope they shut down thus company and someone else take care and make the mail business really work well. Government never work.

Don't bother trying to call their number: no matter what time of their posted business hours, the line rings seven times and then hangs up on you. I wanted to report that two separate packages in the last week were scanned as "Delivered" to a locked mailbox and never arrived.

The carrier personnel they have delivering packages are absolute trash. Lazy nobodies not even worth their hourly wage who will lock your package in the locker without any way to open it, cram packages that dont fit in the box so you can't get them out, say they attempted to deliver for packages that need signature when they never even tried, etc. My only hope is that they run out of funding so reliable carriers can become the norm rather than these wastes of company time.

Can NOT get anyone to answer the telephone and they do not allow you to leave a message. I can't wait for these idiots to go out of business.

They were too lazy to deliver my package and just sent it back to the sender without any notification or warning. Had to have the sender send me out a second package. I guess we'll see if the replacement actually gets delivered.

They are so mean. Everyone who works here is very standoffish. I never go to the post office and have terrible anxiety don't know what I'm doing as is don't need to be rude

Every time I come here to purchase a roll of stamps, I’m given a different story about why they’re out of them. Makes no difference as to what day of the week or what time of day. Absolutely absurd.

I went in to process a permanent change of address and was there and in line at 4:28. One of the workers proceeded to put a red rope in front of me and told me that a change of address could not be completed there which is not true.Don’t appreciate that, although it was near the end of the day for this. I was there and in line and don’t appreciate being sent to another office to complete what I could have completed in person there today.Not a good look for customer service

They have stolen packages mine and my friends, they’ve been caught stealing and hiding many packages. Staff is super terrible.
