I walked in on a Wednesday around 3PM and this place was packed. It looked like they only had one guy at the counter and around 20 people in line. I opted for the self serve kiosk but that was still a 20 minute wait as several people attempted to get their chip on the credit card to read. Evidently the chip reader was broken. Luckily I was able to use a NFC payment and complete my transaction. I felt bad for all the others who had to wait in line.

The staff at this post office has always been friendly. I often Go in and use the kiosk to mail my packages. At Christmas time however, I did wait in line at the window and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The lady at the window was very kind and friendly.

Self service kiosk is great, but the parcel drop box was closed so still have to make another trip to get my package in the mail.

I dropped off a package to be delivered last week. Just received a hand written letter from a Jeff that works at the post office indicating he didn't charge me the full amount he was supposed to. The package was was a priority package that needed to be sent out asap. The hand written letter is asking me to come down and pay the extra fee for priority mail. Its now a week later and the package has still not been sent out. Jeff made the mistake and hasn't processed my package that needed to go out asap. What a horrible establishment.

Dirty dirty shameless employees here. I mailed 20 packages out here ground service they returned them to me used the labels and charged me and then tried to charge my card an extra 50$ extra on 20 orders. Yes 1000$!!! Dirty Dirty people here if that would have went through and my card they would be in court
