I am only writing a review because of the ignorant comment by one of the store employees. I emailed the store a document to be printed, stopped in to the location around 12:30 on Saturday 5/4/2024. The young lady who "helped" me had long, strawberry brown colored hair; she seemed to be new because she took a call while I waited and needed to take a message for her peer to call the customer back because she didn't know how to do a renewal.
Anyway, she found my email and attempted to print the documents, after a couple of minutes of her trying to figure out how to load paper she was able to get my documents to print...all single sided instead of printing on the front and back. Not a big deal. I asked her about it and she said I should have told her thats what I wanted and I replied with "you should ask before printing". At this point I am done with it and just want to pay and leave. When she hands me my change she decides to have one last comment and says "Its our default to print like this just so you know next time". It was said with a snarky attitude....it was completely unneeded for her to say anything other than thank you. I repeated that she should ask before printing next time.
As I'm walking out of the store she says "goodbye" in her snarky voice. Its a shame people have no customer service skills.
I hope they teach her how to deescalate, how to be polite, and how to leave some things unsaid.

Kathryn was amazing.. had incredible patience as I fumbled through sending an email to the store. She had excellent customer service and I never felt rushed or that I was an inconvenience to her !! I will be utilizing the store at every chance.

I stopped by the UPS store to have some items returned to Amazon. I had Amazon send the UPC codes to my phone. When I spoke to the representative Katherine, she told me that I had checked the box marked Whole Foods and that's where I needed to return the items. I explained to her that I marked the wrong box and meant to mark the UPS store. She was kind enough to take the time to correct my mistake so store was able to accept the returns without me having to drive to Whole Foods.What wonderful customer service by employee Katherine. Times have changed and it's hard to find good customer service anymore. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Matthew at UPS, and I can't express enough how outstanding his service was. In a time where customer service often falls short, Matthew was a breath of fresh air. He was incredibly patient and kind, treating each customer with the utmost respect. I had to return multiple packages, a task that could easily become stressful. However, Matthew made the process seamless and far less daunting than I had anticipated.What stood out to me the most was his ability to provide helpful answers to any problems that arose, never missing a beat and maintaining his composure throughout. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated and competent in their role, and I believe he sets an excellent example for what customer service should look like.I just wanted to take a moment to commend Matthew for his exemplary service.
