I paid and they never came. I called and got a different customer service rep each time that said, "We'll notify someone and call you back right away," and no one ever called me back.

I don’t even know where to begin with my complaints about this business. They steal money, don’t complete service and have awful customer service. How it’s still in business is beyond me.Just don’t.

Spoke with a gentleman by the name of Bryan Dykstra who was very passive aggressive on the phone. He questioned anything and everything I stated and when I made requests he proceeded to go on about how they wouldn't recommend our request. I advised I was ordering on behalf of one of our superintendents. I have never had an issue with the customer service here previously but I was appalled by the way this man treats his customers. Very quick and effective way to lose business.

This company claims the Covid-19 had cause a massive increase is port-a-potty rentals and because they are in "high demand", they raised the price of a standard rental with every other week cleaning and no hand sanitation from $80/month to $200/month. This is absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, my bill that I finally got fed up with was increased by $13/month for an "Enhanced Safety Fee". Screw this company. Go with Waste Management rentals or dig a freaking hole in the ground. They are price gouging the hell out of customers and this practice is unexceptable. Also, basically any small port-a-potty company you call is in contract with this company. They have a strangle hold on port-a-potties. I hate you USS.
