I just wanted to say how wonderful the associate I think her name was Julie??? Brown hair with the cute bob. She was super helpful and friendly! She even gave me some great suggestions on my skincare for my next visit. Great customer service!

I’ve never felt so unwelcomed in an Ulta before. The employees are very miserable and take it out on customers (thanks to corporate/
upper management most likely)
Today, I came to this store immediately after an interview for a very prestigious corporate position, dressed to the nines and I was still discriminated against. I went to the Mac section, made my selection and a retail associate (blond ponytail lady) came up to me was forced to take a bag. I gave it back to her and then I said
“Respectfully, I understand why you’re doing this, but I really don’t need it. Thanks”
She ignored me, walked off then immediately harassed another woman of color shopping. Like I said, these workers here seem miserable.
This Ulta has the worst vibes ever. You know it’s bad when a simple visit to Ulta makes you feel sour. Avoid at all costs. This is I don’t shop at Ulta anymore, only exclusively Sephora unless I need my tattoo coverup. I encourage everyone to find somewhere else to shop.

I needed some MAC makeup, and I came here. I don’t think it’s the one I used before, and it definitely doesn’t cover as much as the previous one I had. Not sure if that’s because it had been in the hot store, or if it was made different. But I’m disappointed. (The stores ac went out for a while, and it might still be out. They had swamp coolers when I went in)

This was terrible, me and my friend (13) were looking in aisles and this lady/ employee thought we were suspicious. She checked my hand because I had a container, thinking I was stealing something. She kept eyeing me and my friend and followed us in every aisle we went to. To be clear, we were minding our business and not doing anything to make her conclude we were stealing. (Please ignore my name this is a fake name)

I went to Ulta to get my favorite shampoo/conditioner (Matrix High Amplify). When I went to pay my bill, the cashier said I couldn't pay in the store (only online)....great service! Ulta works with a 3rd party called Comenity. I have paid my bill 2x (by check and somehow it didn't get to their co in time). The headquarters are in TX, and I live in AZ. I called the corporate office about the late fee & they said it needs to go out in the mail 10 days before the due date, ridiculous!
As soon as my bill is paid (hopefully, I won't get yet another late fee), I am canceling my Ulta card. Advice: Don't get a cc from a company that works with Comenity.

I was just in there. Usually I have great experiences but this time it wasn’t. I just went through rounds of chemo so I’m not feeling or looking my best. Simply I was just trying to find the products I’ve been researching. I was followed around by staff which honeslty that’s their job but what made me so uncomfortable was that I heard them say “ oh her okay” obviously assuming I was trying to steal. It made me so sad and uneasy. I understand the process but I feel like there should be a better way then making your actual paying customers uncomfortable by accusing them of stealing and letting them hear the conversation over the headset. I’m honestly 22 I don’t care to post reviews but hopefully this gets to someone because honestly that was so unnecessary and y’all need to work on your fake “ do you need help” because we can tell it’s ingeniune!

Went in yesterday to get my “free” bday gift. I interacted with 3 associates. All were rude, none said happy birthday and they made me feel like I was a nuisance. I left there feeling horrible. Fast forward to Sephora down the street….. they were pleasant, friendly and happy I was there to celebrate my 55th birthday…. Ulta once was customer friendly, but this was not the first time I experienced lack of customer service. Don’t offer something you don’t want to give….

i've only really only used the shop online and pickup option here. I had a $10 gift card and purchased a lip liner and mini Anastasia setting powder. I loved the lip liner and would consider getting one more and the setting powder was fine and i can use when my skin doesn't feel dry. The customer service is lacking and not great. They never have any employees at the pickup counter so you have to go to the cashier register to let them know you have a pickup.

Always my favorite “errand” to run ? The employees are always on point with suggestions or advice. I was recommended to try the new Billie Eilish perfume and I love it - and got a free gift with it!
