Screen replacement on a Pixel 6. It's more expensive than i expected but they were courteous and quick. Overall, good experience. Grateful we didn't need to buy a new phone!

It was a quick hour fix. Dropped my phone and it spidered all across, also had the green line down the side of the phone. It was expensive but my phone was the last model, in and out. Solid people

Came in to fix a screen and left with a new battery issue. Ended up replacing the battery and now the phone doesn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend.

This location cannot fix a laptop charging port so they sent it to their warehouse. They weren't giving me any updates so I would call once a week for updates. After a long waiting game. The warehouse also couldn't fix my issue

The young man working evening of 10/29/24 was extremely helpful, courteous and helped me it with a charging emergency free of charge. He could’ve turned me away since I wasn’t bringing in a billable problem but graciously helped me get my phone charged back up and working. It ended up being just a faulty charging cord.
I want to thank you guys for being genuine good people. If ever a future need, I will be bringing it to this business!

Wasted 2 trips into the valley for incompetent repair work, restart claim process for their failure and poor customer service.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The dude replaced the screen on my phone but took the SIM card and the SIM card tray. My phone is useless and he won't respond now.

Overall good, fast, and effective. The only issue is they got lint and dirt in between my camera lenses. It doesn't affect my ability to focus the lens but, it definitely could have been done a little more professionally.

Came in with an appointment, the expert was kind and helpful and had me in and out in 15 minutes. Highly recommend
