The employees are okay but when their is an emergency and you have to talk with one of the employees and the director tells you no you can’t talk with because they are busy or when the assistant director yells at you for leaving your child their I leave this place a 1 star

I love this place. The teachers are great and so is the mangement. They are really friendly, make you feel welcomed and help you out with any questions or problems you may have. My child absolutely loves going here. My child is learning a lot I love the curriculum that they provide for my child it's well worth your money. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to put there child or kids into child care.

In two weeks our child had more "incidences" at this location than she has had in 2 years. We found bruises, scrapes, cuts of all kinds and none were reported. She would come home and cry for an hour everyday before we got our normal child back.

My kids don't go here but I see their pick up van driving into oncoming traffic in the neighborhood to get to a school instead of taking an extra two minutes to get there safely. I've called to let them know and they tried to say it was from another location. It wasn't and they either never talked to the driver or don't care.

I would NEVER put another one of my kids in this place. The teacher named Jaime is DEFINITELY in the wrong profession and should NOT BE taking care of kids. This place has a nasty odor ever time you enter inside. They need to learn how to open some windows and air it out. Also the lady who runs this place shantel has a attitude and does not hold her workers accountable for treating the kids badly. I had a therapist go in for a observation and walk in on Jaime who is one of the teachers inappropriately yelling at my child. I had another teacher at this place confirm that Jaime yells at the kids very aggressively I brought it to managements attention twice and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE. I do not send my child to a day care for her to be screamed at in a inappropriate manner. So I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT SELECTING THIS PLACE !!!!!!!
