“I’m not a car guy. For me, I just want it to get me from one point to another. So when my AC went out, I got anxious about finding a place that was honest / trustworthy.
After just one experience, I realized APA was that kind of place. They thoroughly explained the options for diagnostic costs, gave me an accurate time estimate (which was quick to boot), and were courteous. But the most important part (for me) was that they were willing to be honest about the issue likely being covered by warranty. The willingness to lose work to do the right thing by the customer is important. I’d highly suggest them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic, and I’ll certainly be going back (although hopefully not soon).”

“I receive pretty good service from this location. They're super fast, and efficient. Customer service is always friendly and respectful and I appreciate that.
The only reason I am not rating this as five stars is because they almost always forget to fill my windshield wiper fluid when I get an oil change. It's always checked off as a free service that's been completed on the receipt, but not always filled. I can do it myself but it's nice to have it included as part of the service so that I don't have to.”

“After having been advised of ridiculous wait times and questionable pricing at my most frequented dealership auto shops, I searched for an independent company. Knowing of AAMCO's good reputation for years now, I read the reviews of AAMCO in Gilbert in Val Vista. I liked what i read and was able to get my truck in the next day. Where others had wanted to keep my truck for up to a week and a half, Tom and his crew had me in and out in a day and a half. The estimate process was transparent with pricing fully explained and photos of areas of concern provided. The work is warrantied and, when i went to pay, saw that the invoice was less than quoted. The explanation provided was that the pricing on a seal was less than estimated and they reduced the pricing to match. When's the last time you've seen a shop invoice less than quoted? I'm pleased with the work and impressed by the character of those with whom I interacted.”
