The old saying "a fish rots from the head down" is very much true here! The way Martin treats his customers is the same way his customer service team treats his customers...poorly! There is zero customer service being performed by this company. I ordered one of his products 8 days ago and it still has not shipped from his overseas factory in China. He places this little disclaimer on the site (*Item may ship from the USA or from our international warehouse in China.) but wouldn't I assume as a USA resident that the product would come from their USA warehouse and not halfway around the world. I tried to cancel the order and his customer service team would not let me. They could have canceled it or rerouted it back to their warehouse but refused. They are making me wait it out by receiving the item (who knows when!) and returning it back to where it came from (who knows how long that will take?). I think they hope I will just fall in love with the item and keep it. I tried to have a conversation with Martin and he resorted to name calling and blocking me on Facebook. Keep that in mind when you go to his academy or buy one of his products.
