“I turned on my car’s AC and was met with warm air. Not cool! Fortunately, it was late fall and I had some time to get it fixed before the hot summer temperatures rolled back in.Adam worked to price match a lower estimate I got from another service place. He also pointed out a few things from the other estimate that didn’t seem to make sense, like replacing hoses that didn’t need replacing while not replacing the flux capacitor that it did need (or whatever he called it - I’m not an auto expert). Either way, I felt more comfortable going with Adam and his crew.My AC is blowing cold like it should now. I also got a buy 2, get 2 deal on tires and an oil change. “I have been going to Discount Tires for more years than I can remember. Today they once again confirmed why I remain a loyal customer.
A couple of weeks ago, before I left on a trip, I had my tires rotated and had the air checked. On my return I noticed that one of my tire covers was missing. Hoping that someone might have forgotten to replace it I went back and showed them it was missing.
Although they didn't have one lying around and he didn't rotate my tires personally, he was pretty sure that they all had been replaced back on when they were done.ost likely if I was missing one they would have brought it to my attention. There was always the possibility that someone might have taken it. He pointed out that if it would have become loose on it's own I surely would have heard a lot of clanging against the rim.
Having no way of really knowing what had happened I inquired about purchasing a replacement cover. He looked it up and told me it would be about $20 and he could order it. So I had him order it for me.
A few days later he called me and told me it had arrived and they'd put it in the back with my name on it until I came down to their shop.
About 2 days later I got around to picking it up. I went to pay for it and he said something to the effect that, "you've been a long time customer, keep your money and I'll get you someone to put it on for you", and he did.
This is only the latest, in many reasons through the years, that I continue to go to Discount Tires! The service is always top notch, 5 stars.

Because Of his skill and customer Care, he was able to diagnose a Larger problem, there was a cut in my tire that was irreparable. He quickly provided me three different quotes to replace two tires. Having just shopped at Costco, I somehow (new car) managed to lock my keys, purse, phone, and insulin in my running car, with half the groceries inside and others still in the cart. I met several people who sympathized with my issue, and had some good laughs along the way…..Evan was the 7th person I approached for assistance and the only one confident in his choice to find a solution. Was in need of 4 tires for our SRX. The Costco Michelin version was nearly the same as the one I was looking for. Got into the shop near opening time and was done in 45 min. Really good service.”
“I went to 4 different off road shops for a lift on my 2024 GMC before deciding to go with Total Offroad. Jeff at Total offroad was amazing. He took the time to show me the different lifts. He also brought out the different tires and explained each. I put my brand new truck with 300 miles on it in their hands to do a 6 inch BDS lift with wheels and tires. They did a phenomenal job. Even sent update photos along the way. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Amazing customer service and workmanship. The tech that installed the lift did fabulous work all the way down to the alignment. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a lift kit.”
