The employees were welcoming. The store itself is pretty big, with a wide selection of trendy clothes for both the guys and girls. They have comfort wear, shorts, tops, and more. Everything was trendy and loved the variety of styles.

My daughter and I went in yesterday and the two front attendants were so kind with how they were talking to my daughter and her style and let us know they were there to help us find anything. The young man in the back working the dressing rooms was also very helpful with getting items that were too high for us to reach. I wish I would have gotten all their names because they deserve a shoutout! Thank you for the help and for a positive experience.

Lady with yellow orange hair was not helpful she seem like she did not want to work and looked annoyed and not welcoming also with the white guy standing in the back did not ask if we need help felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming

I usually like Tillys. This the girl helping us was a little rude. Maybe just having a bad day? It seems like every time i go there, they try to charge me more money. This time she forgot to take off the pair of shorts I didn't want. Then when they refunded me the money, it was $2 less the the price she charged me just 5 minutes ago. ??♀️ Just watch your receipts!!

If you're in need of any assistance, don't waste your time calling these dingleberries.... I called the store twice to find out if they had a particular pair of cargo pants for my wife. First time I called I was out on hold for over 10 min, 2nd time I called I provided them with the item number.For the employee to reply with "We got a bunch of cargo pants" so I reply "I understand, but do you have THIS exact one I'm looking for"..... LOL so y'all get the moral of the story.... Long story short. I drove 45 min to the store for them to tell me they don't have those exact pants... so if you need something, just drive down. thanks for waisting my precious time on this beautiful memorial dal

Horrible customer service the manager stood at the counter doing paperwork while customers stood inline waiting on the one person at the register was helping another customer decide on a pair of Ethika underwear that were behind the counter. No "we will be right with you, or sorry for the wait" just kept looking at the paperwork and ignoring customers in line ready to buy items. They need some serious training! I will not be shopping at this store or probably any Tilly's again!

They have to worse customer service and so rude. From the time you want in till the time you walk out you feel and get attitude. Matt the manager is beyond rude and has no customer service skills. I use to love this location but will no longer be going here. I tried to give them another chance but after my last experience, I will drive to another location for now on.

Horrible service wanted to buy shoes but had 3 employees checking out one person couldn't get any help stood in line no one wanted to help. Decided to not get the shoes because of the service bunch of kids working that don't care about customers!

I was waiting to be checked out and the store manager was standing next to the register and she had me wait while she called another employee up to help me! Why didn’t she just help me in the first place? I had to wait a extra ten mins because she wouldn’t check me out. I think her name was Adrianna or something, very unhelpful!

No help when on the floor. When went to check out was told that certain items in their sale/ 2 for $30 deal are not part of said deal. I asked someone on the floor after checking out and the then explained that the deal only applies to shirts already discounted to $17.99. While I was leaving I then heard someone else working there misinform another customer that all of the shirts in the areas where the 2 for $30 shirt signs are, that they all are part of the deal. Their deal signs don’t have the proper information on them, and they mix in more expensive shirts with the shirts that are on sale.
