They were vey good at coming out and assessing the problem with our all in one washer/dryer combo and ordered parts that were needed and then set up the appointment right away to fix it when we got the parts in.

Our service request involved evaluation of a water filter leak indicated by our GE Profile/Multidoor/Bottom Freezer Refridgerator.
Trevail /Technician for Tiger Mechanical called me on my cell phone to inform me of his in route arrival. He arrived on time, he’s friendly, & he’s very focused on finding the etiology of the issue, & resolving it in a timely manner. He is very “Competent” & “Thorough”. ☑️ Our issue was resolved???
Hubby & I have decided to use Tiger Mechanical if needed in the future if needed.

The repair tech, Travon, was able to determine the noise coming from my new refrig. When he finished deconstructing and reassembling my freezer, the noise was gone and the refrig works great now. I was very pleased with the results.

Exceptional Service! Terry from Tiger Mechanical was assigned to our job of getting a relatively new MONOGRAM dishwasher under warranty working again. Terry called when he was about 15 minutes out, let us know he was on the way. When he came to the door realized it was a newer home and offered to put on shoe coverings. Turned on the dishwasher and ran some diagnostics with the control buttons, asked some questions about how frequently we use it, and in a matter of minutes unit was working again as designed. Turns out we don't use it enough and the control board and electric motor running the drain pump were locked up, just had to be reset. Also discussed leaving the door slightly open when not in use to prevent mildew from growing inside the unit. Overall pleased with the scheduling process, follow up calls and with the technician. Will definitely call these people again for appliance repair!
