I joined my little one a year ago. When i went to tour the center i was really impressed with the ms.mikayala and ms.chandlar the way they welcome the parents and the way they receive the children. I love with curriculum and their program. I didn't even look different daycare. I joined my son. Its been almost a year now. I have enjoyed with them i feel like he was in safe hands. And by seeing how my son enjoys everyday i want to be part of " the learning experience" and i started working with them. Its been like 6months now long way to be part of TLE .

I have been working at the The Learning Experience for the last few months and this is the best job I have worked. I’ve had a few jobs that haven’t made me feel apart of a family, overworked me, and didn’t appreciate my time. Since I have been a proud employee at TLE I have felt apart of a family, valued as a human being, and loved by everyone. Childcare isn’t one of the easiest jobs to get into if you have no past experience and I struggled with a few things here and there like getting the kid’s attention and getting familiar with the routine they enforce. The teachers have been nothing but patient and helpful to help me grow. Chandlar, Mikayla, and Neeta are 3 of the most driven and successful women and leaders I have came across. Everyday I walk into those doors no matter how my day or night was previously I know that everyone in the facility welcomes me with open arms. Working with many different age groups and understanding how to interact and teach the babies in the infant room to the big kids in preschool has been so career eye opening for me and a privilege to know all the little ones. During my interview with Mikayla the assistant director I told her I have never worked with kids but I was willing to learn and be the teacher they need me to be. With everyday that goes by, they give me new opportunities to improve the care I give to the little ones. The teachers I all work with take the time to know your family to be apart of ours. This center is full of love. Happy really happens here.

I have been working for The Learning Experience Gilbert-Higley for over a year in their preschool program. I have really enjoyed working with an amazing team of teachers and management. I can say that this is the best center I have ever worked for! I LOVE how strong the curriculum is and everything is so professional. I plan on staying here for a long time while I attend college! :)

If you’re looking for a safe, clean, reliable preschool for your child look no further. I had so much anxiety around picking a daycare as I just moved to arizona and didn’t know many people and wasn’t familiar with the area. I was recommended the Gilbert Learning Experience and I’m so happy I listened. It’s a breath of fresh air to know that the staff not only cares about my child, but also makes sure to make a special connection with the parents. Thank you The Learning Experience for making sure I feel secure in my child’s safety and well being. The owner Neeta is so sweet and engaging as well as the director and assistant director Chandler and Mikayla. You guys are the best!

Looking for a daycare is always stressful, when we live in a world that our littles spend more time in daycare than home. I can say 1000000% that my son is at loved just like he is their own son.Ms. Haley one of the teacher assistant went out of her way to ensure my son felt extra special on his B-Day, she went and got him a very special gift ? for a teacher assistant to show that kind of compassion is rare to find. The whole center is like this. They show compassion while interacting with the littles. They show trust, with the excitement my little guy shows when we walk in the door. The best part of all is they are family. You can trust your little will be well taken care of, try and find another place like this… you won’t because they are one of kind.

I've had nothing but an amazing experience at The Learning Experience. By far the best daycare / preschool I have ever encountered. I visited and interviewed a ton of facilities and TLE goes above and beyond what others offer. The staff and teachers are all genuine, caring and very helpful. Believe me I will be the first one to walk out if I didn't have confidence with the staff and teachers, nomatter the cost! We all love all of the teachers at TLE.

TLDR:My sentiments:My son is currently 17 months and has been enrolled here since April, so a little over 5 months. Prior to this, he had a nanny but we felt it was time for him to be socialized more.Pros: They have a very clean facility which was really important to us. We absolutely love my son's normal toddler teachers: Ms.Jamie and Ms.EmilyBoth are so kind and genuinely seem excited to greet and interact with my son when he's with them. They give me very useful feedback about how he's doing and how his day is each time I see them. They've both made me feel really comfortable and confident with him being away from home during the day. He gets so excited to see them and runs up and gives hugs or high-fives and it truly warms my heart. I like that the center has a curriculum and he's not playing with the same toys everyday. I like that we get updates via app about what he's doing each day, and the weekly digital newsletter. They're also really great at sending mass texts with important info. Now I don't want to call them "cons" because I think anyone who works with children all day, have a challenging job and I applaud them.My not-so greats: I assume due to staffing changes (out sick, PTO etc.) His teachers seem to change more frequently or he's placed in a different toddler room with other teachers. To be honest if I hadn't looked some of them up on the website, I wouldn't even know some of their names. My experience with the other teachers has been "meh". They don't really speak too much, I ask how he was for the day and get 1 or 2 word answers. My son doesn't seem excited to see them, and honestly I feel like I check for updates in the app more just out of need to know he's having an okay day. Now, again I have a certain level of grace because I'm certain it's emotionally and physically draining to spend all day with a bunch of toddlers, but still. In the almost 6 months we've been enrolled here, I pick my son up approximately the same time everyday, and probably in the last few weeks when I pick him up and his face is covered in food residue or dry boogys. And again, I absolutely do not expect them to wipe his face or nose all day, but it would be nice that this wasn't something I had to do when I get him in the car, or ask for them to do. I drop him off clean, at bare minimum I'd think by the time we pick him up, he would have somewhat of a clean face. His diaper is usually changed right before I pick him up so I'm not sure why his face couldn't be given a quick wipe, but I digress. Now for the cost, while I think they range in the higher side compared to some daycares, I felt it was worth it given how organized and structured their center is, but in 5 months, I've had to pay monthly tuition, summer camp fee, another re-enrollment fee(pro-rated amount), and now we're told tuition is increasing again. In addition to they have fundraisers they participate in, which is great, but I guess it just feels like almost every weekly newsletter is informing parents of some new financial ask or change. I get the economy is in an interesting position (I work In FinTech, I have to deal with it each day) but I swear I get less financial notifications from my banks and asks from my church. The first couple of months here, I was so happy and excited and telling so many great stories to my friends and family. To friends I have with little ones, I was telling them to consider looking into TLE. And while I am content with this center, I wouldn't say I'm glowing about it anymore and I'd say I feel net neutral about my experience here now. I'm sure they are still leaps and bounds over other centers, I interviewed a few before selecting TLE, so they are superior in some aspects, but today, I'd say my rating is like a 3.8/5 stars.

My son has been attending TLE for a little over 3 years and it has been the best experience by far! Ms. Chandlar has helped our family with every transition my son has made moving up to different classes and makes sure it’s a safe and comfortable space for him :) Ms. Mikayla welcomes our family every morning with a positive attitude and smile on her face. The owner Neeta is amazing and has put so much love into the center. Every time we come inside it feels like home ❤️ My son comes home singing and excited to tell us about his day. The wonderful admin team and teachers have made it so my son LOVES learning and coming to school. We love TLE at Higley and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants care for their child.

DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS. The owners and management delete negative reviews. Management also solicits reviews by offering to be put into a raffle for leaving a review. One of the reviewers is the directors husband! A review I left months back was deleted. This is an AWFUL place to leave your children. The front office staff are cold hearted. They do not care about your children they are in it for the money. Neeta is especially scary because she acts so sweet to your face but is a monster behind closed doors. Her and her husband are the greediest people on planet earth. They pick the pockets of parents and will grab every cent they can from you. $10 per child for dropping off even just ONE MINUTE after their 9:30 cut off time. $5 per child for every time you forget to sign in your child. I got charged $20 for dropping offf my children 3 min after the cut off time, I was 8 months pregnant with twins. No sympathy or understanding whatsoever. Towards the end of our time leaving our children there, I stopped doing pick up and drop off because they weren't welcoming and management made me uncomfortable. As I speak to more and more former staff members, I learned that teachers hate it there and most of the good ones who actually cared about the well being of the children got fired because they spoke up for what's right. One teacher was doing drugs in the bathroom and another teacher spoke to management about it and got fired for having an attitude. The meals and snacks being offered to the children are not nutritious at all, they choose the cheapest route possible for food. Meals are microwaved and from cans. PLEASE READ. The most concerning part about our experience at TLE was an incident that happened with our two year old daughter. Our daughter came home with a massive mark on her arm(pictures below). It looked like someone had grabbed her. They called me once, didn't leave a voicemail or anything(lied on the incident report and said they did), didn't try to contact my child's father to report the incident to him after I was unable to answer. When we confronted management about what happened, they stated to us that their cameras do not record so we can't see what happened. They had no idea what happened, blamed this massive mark on another child. The teachers present in the classroom had conflicting stories. Said they didn't see what happened but also said the other child grabbed my daughters arm and twisted it. But I thought no one saw what happened!? For the sake of your family and your children, consider other options. They are not in this business for the love of children. The teachers are so unhappy, overworked, and underpaid it affects the classroom and the children.

We enrolled our 2 year old daughter here a couple of months ago and so far have been very happy with our experience! The atmosphere is fun and the teachers & staff are very friendly and welcoming. We were worried it would take a while for our daughter to adjust to a new day care but she seemed to love it from day one! We also like seeing all the pictures from their app everyday. They also have events like water day every Friday and events for holidays like mothers/Father’s Day. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home for their young kids!

We love The Learning Experience! We recently switched daycares and are so happy we ended up here! My son cried every day the last 6 months when I dropped him off at his previous daycare. Here he actually walks in on his own and is excited to see his teachers and friends. It puts my mama heart at ease knowing he feels comfortable and is happy to be there! There are still tears some days, but that’s a 2 year old for you. When he does get upset his teachers are quick to comfort him and make him feel safe which means the world to me! The security features and communication at the school is a major plus and something we didn’t have at previous centers. So so happy that I followed my “mom gut” and that we switched him to this daycare!

Best Learning Exprience!!My son has never been in daycare and has never been with other kids his age. He loves it and I love the staff and his teacher and he comes home with no energy at all and we all get to sleep early!?But it's been the best experience thus far. The director texts us fun events that are always happening so we stay in the loop and i love seeing updated about my son throughout the day , it gives me a sense of relief that he's okay.

My son started at this location on Monday the 21st. When my husband and I dropped him off he was excited. He told us to have a nice day and walked himself into the classroom. When we picked him up Monday afternoon he was sad. He's not a sad kid! I chopped it up to being a new place, structured time, etc. Tuesday he begged not to go back. My husband explained to him that it would be okay and that he would get used to going. He cried during the drop-off ( still thinking this was normal). His teacher uploaded pictures throughout the day and in every picture he was visibly sad, not smiling no emotion. It was at this point I started to worry about his adjustment. Today he woke and came downstairs and said Mommy I don't like my teacher. I have never heard him say he doesn't like anyone. I asked him why and he said she's mean and angry. At this point, I became conflicted not knowing if this was a childish exaggeration or if someone was being mean to him. My husband told him to get in the car for school and he lost it. Full out kicking screaming and begging not to go. My husband took him anyway, but when he returned to the house he said he didn't feel comfortable leaving him there and it just felt cold there. It was at that point we decided today was his last day. When I went to pick him up early the owner(I think), director, and the Lady at the front desk were in the lobby. I explained to the receptionist that this was his last day. She was concerned and asked why. I told her my reasoning and said idk if it's my son not wanting to come or if what he's saying is true, but at this point, I don't feel comfortable with him staying. The owner and director never said a word. Never offered to discuss my concerns and was standing right there. I knew what my son was telling me was the truth at that point. If the leadership team displays such a lack of concern I can only imagine their staff dealing with kids. I should have trusted my first instincts. We visited this location a few months ago and determined we would keep looking. I was impressed with their curriculum which is why we ended up settling on this location.

We have a great experience with my grandson being enrolled at TLE. Staff is very friendly and attentive to all the kids. My grandson comes home talking about his day, his friends, and his teachers every day, as much as he can at 2 years old of course.
